This one is complicated. At first I wanted to leave two stars as I can't believe there is NO on site parking. What kinda of a rental place doesn't have on site parking?!So we had to park at the mall and leave our car there over night. We did our move and realized we had no room for our bikes! So, we asked if we could chain them up there and return with a pick up truck later. They went above and beyond with this request and made sure we chained the bikes where they are working so the bikes would be safe till we got back in a few hours. I'll split the difference and give them 3 stars.

I never write reviews, but this place is the WORST. I booked a week in advance and they made me wait an hour and half just to tell me they can get me a van at 8pm! Very unhelpful staff and clearly poor management. You’d have better luck buying a truck lol U haul is a joke.

Avoid like the pest if you can book anything else! Absolutely terrible customer service, they obviously don’t care about you. Booked a 26’ truck a month in advance to make sure we had it available at 9am and at the last second shifted our reservation at 4:30pm which absolutely demolished all of our planning for our move. Absolutely unacceptable!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

What is the point of making a reservation for a specific time and date when you have to wait in like for 45 minutes in front of 10 people when only one person is working? You’d think on the 1st of the month you’d maybe have more employees on. Losing an hour of our rental time. I am not impressed at all. β€œCheck in online”, what is the point? Really?

What a nightmare! Reserved a Cargo Van over the phone to pick up in the morning. After waiting in line for nearly a half hour, they refused payment unless I paid with credit. This was never mentioned to me during my reservation! I could pay no problem - I just didn't have the funds on my credit card because I was never told it was a factor. Waste of time!!!

I'll make this short and sweet, the two front of house staff were vague and completely incompetent with directions and help. The only yard staff I could find (1) was as useful as a bag of rocks and twice as sharp. On site parking is a joke, and site safety is almost none exciting. My whole experience with uhaul has soured me to the point of never using them again. I would much prefer to go to their competitors, the price and loss of time even dealing with them has made the competition seam like heaven. Over all don't waste your time and money. Make reservation with someone else.

I rented a 10' van as well as a utility dolly and furniture dolly to help with my move. When I picked up the keys for the rental truck, we were disappointed to find that not only were there no furniture or utility dollys, but the truck had the belongings of a previous renter in it. We went to the front desk to voice our concerns and were told that there were no dollys available and that we should remove the previous renter's belongings ourselves if we would like to use the truck. We did so but were quite disappointed with the service quality. Later on, when returning the truck the app told us to drop it off at the Seoul Market location, however upon arrival it was clear that this location is no longer running. We went to many of the surrounding shop owners to ask where the U-Haul centre is, however nobody knew anything about it. We then called the U-Haul customer service line and were told there was a call wait time of 1 hour and that we would get a call back later. After waiting, we were told to go back to the Topaz Ave location. After a long and stressful day of moving, we unfortunately feel unsatisfied with our U-Haul experience.

Definitely do not recommend U haul Victoria topaz location. Still waiting to be reimbursed for are u-box that they left in storage for a month and forgot to ship are box. U haul claims you get $50/day for everyday that it is late. We have not received are discount for there own mistake and they charged us the full price for the U-Box . My wife paid for a u-box they didn't charge her credit card that they had on file.. they charged my debit card some how.. (U-Haul must have manually input my card numbers some how and charged me). I will pursing this entire issue. We tried emailing the manager to talk with them and we keep on getting the same worker that is not a manager and has identified herself as being a manager. The customer service at this location does not exist and you will be thrown to the side . Seek out different shipping and moving methods.
