★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no customer service or effort to assist. I called to ask if I could drop off a 10 foot truck on a one way move and I was told that I had to call "your main centre". I said I did not understand what that meant and the person thanked me and then hung up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to confirm, the place no longer does U-Haul business. To find a U-Haul center, always check on U-Haul directly. The affiliates change with the wind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible.. tried ordering to get somewhere close to my move, received a call saying not available and they sent me to this location. And the guy barely acknowledged me all he said was that he did deal with U-Haul reservation anymore. Called in and got the run around. Hour on the phone ended up canceling my reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location does not exist even though the website told me to drop off here. I spent a good 20 minutes asking shop owners whether they knew anything about where I could drop off the UHaul keys with no luck. I called UHaul customer service but the call wait time was 1 hour. Once I got through I was told to go to a new location. After a long, stressful day of moving, I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at UHaul now for 2 months to try and get a refund.
