We booked a 26’ truck a couple weeks in advanced, confirmed our booking the day before, and when we showed up the next day they said they had no truck for us. This is NOT GOOD when you’re trying to move out on the same day and have people booked to help with the move. We took our business to Penske truck rentals on John Street and they were amazing to deal with especially on such a short notice. Safe to say I will NEVER book with U-Haul ever again.

Ratham was polite and professional. He explained the fuel required at drop off with a paper guide as well. I've rented from this location before and will again. Close access to 400 hwy.

I rent a 15' truck, paid for the whole bill by debit before leaving the store. Bill came to $325.01. I then called that evening to change the drop off location to return where I picked up and extend an extra day. They helped me great, at the U-Haul headquarters. I then returned the truck the next day, like I planned with headquarters, it was dropped off at 8:08am, swept and cleaned. I then received an email, 3 days later, telling me my bill is $25.81 and Id receive a cheque for 99.19! What????? Where's my 200.01?? I called the business twice and they fought with me that I was wrong, but yet Headquarters agrees with me! Does anyone else see a problem with this calculation?

K	Kane Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really polite and helpful staff. I just dropped off a trailer from a long trip and they were more than happy to drive my vehicle and park the trailer themselves and unhook the equipment. I highly recommend using U-Haul especially from this location.
M	M Hurls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were polite enough however the van was filthy, the odometer reading was off so make sure to confirm that before you leave and U-haul itself has a TERRIBLE policy of making the customer guess where half a tank of fuel is - the amount you are to return the vehicle with, and the staff couldn't give a logical reason as why they were different from every other rental vehicle company out there who says to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas...and the fuel gauge guide of litres per increment of tank they provide is way off. I ended up giving the next customer a nice gift of extra fuel.
