★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While installing an Ecobee 3 Thermostat that turned out to be defective, I caused a wiring short which blew the Fuse on my Furnace. Not knowing what I had done wrong or more importantly how to fix it, I called a couple of Emergency Repair numbers trying to get a technician to come and fix my mistakes. Mid afternoon on a Friday this proved to be an impossible task and my third call was to Air Solutions. I managed to speak to a very knowledgeable gentleman who listened to my problem and then guided me back to the Control Board where I was able to locate the Fuse hiding behind a nest of wires. The fuse was infract blown and when I replaced it the problem was solved.
You rarely find knowledgeable people that will take the time to help out a complete stranger without a steep price attached. This act demonstrates a level of service above and beyond and reminds me of the Good Old Days when Trust, Honesty and Integrity had meaning and value.
In the future, Air Solutions will be the One and Only company I call for Service, Repairs and replacement appliances.

My questions were answered clearly and completely, and I felt like I was part of the project and that my personal preferences mattered.
This is not the first interface with Air Solution Heating and Cooling Inc.
In the first year of this house ownership, a propane heater was "Red Tagged" by the propane supplier, causing me to purchase a replacement unit. After some search, I came upon Air Solutions, and purchased a new unit. Two years later, there was a manufacture defect that was going to cost as much as a complete replacement.
Air Solutions contacted the maker and pressured them to cover the defective part at no cost to me.
When it came time to look for an A/C unit, I went to Air Solutions!
I highly recommend this company. I owned and operated a large company for 30 years and always tried to treat customer like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to get a quote for a new furnace, a/c and ERV/HRV system for over 2.5 weeks due to working through homedepot.
First 2 phone calls went unanswered after leaving my details with receptionist. Followed up with an online inquiry and received a response but was told I couldn’t get an accurate pricing due to price changes on ERV’s and because I’m purchasing through homedepot. Was told I’d get a call back, but here another week goes by.
Homedepot should be pretty disappointed having this company as a local “pro installer”

The technician explained what the issues were and how to maintain and help to prevent these issues going forward. Our home is cooling off nicely now! Highly recommend these guys!!

They were very professional, super responsive and when it came time to have the unit installed they showed up on time. The technicians did a great job installing the new unit. left no dirt, no mess and super nice people to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for service on their HVAC system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will use Air Solutions Inc as they dealt with a furnace issue and discovered the drain was plugged due to faulty sub pump. They took extra measures to test the subpump outlet to determine a plumber was needed to immediately replace the pump as the water was near the top. They helped us avoid a basement flood! Steve and his colleague were Very professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We were impressed and will use them again in future as we have used them several times in the past for new furnace installations, ac repairs and annual cleaning. They also offered different payment options which was helpful. Thank you Luke and Team at Air Solutions Inc. in Barrie!
