★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enterprise truck rental was a very positive experience. The equipment
was excellent and clean when units picked up. The two vehicles I rented
at two different occasions where less then a year old. (16 ft.) units.
The staff where very helpful and courteous. The prices quoted for both
moves were very competitive. Thank You again for your understanding,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged more than was quoted (by $50), and was charged for 2 days, when we only needed the one. We knew going into the rental that we would be paying for two days, but when you need to rent a truck, you need to rent a truck. If you have a truck rental service and you rent by the day, it's not cool to force people to pay for the second day. Closing at noon on Saturday and making people pay for an extra day (Sunday) because you're closed? That's wrong, man. And I don't care if I have to book a freakin YEAR out, to rent from another company, I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. (Picked up truck on May 8, and would have returned it on the same day, but since we were paying the second day anyways, returned it on May 9).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top knotch customer service from Tom and his team! I was greated at the front door and on the road within 10 minutes. Erica checked me into the cargo van and was more than helpful showing my the features of the vehicle and how to use them.
I will continue to use your services and will recommend you to anyone who is looking for a moving vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolute joke They Just harass you When you Rent a truck from them I switched to Avis and they have been such a breeze to deal with way cheaper than these guys Tom isn't friendly very rude and will harass you until he gets a hold of you!! Unbelievable STAY AWAY GO TO A DIFFERENT TRUCK COMPANY THEY WL TREAT YOU BETTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had a bomb dropped on my by another rental company that couldn't fill what I needed even though I had reserved 3 weeks ahead, I turned to the Enterprise location in Barrie to help me out in an emergency. Tom and Thomas went above and beyond to help me out, they were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this Enterprise location over any other rental company, they are the best!
