★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay helped us figure out some strange and concerning noises we were hearing after having work done on our Sprinter van at a different shop. We brought the van in thinking we needed a new belt tensioner but after Jay looked at it he told us the tensioner was working fine. We were very grateful that he didn’t (like other shops tend to do) just take the old tensioner out slap a new one in and charge us for it. Instead he chatted with us and explained the noises and sent us on our way with no charge. Jay is very knowledgeable and personable and you can tell he takes great pride in running a trust worthy and honest shop. We highly recommend Northtown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my winter undercoating done here again (for the 3rd time now). They are doing such a great thorough job, actually much better than a specialized undercoating company.
This shop is like a hidden pearl, incredible customer service, no surprise estiimates, clean, well organized; just the way it is supposed to be (but unfortunately very rare and hard to find).
They will do undercoating for your car, when you ask for it (since it is not their main business). Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction seems to be their priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit, it’s unfair for Jay and his team to get this long, in fact, way long overdue review, and my apologies! After all, I rarely give reviews, to date this is my third I think, and why now? As I was browsing through auto body repair shops, and reading reviews, Northtown came up (for whatever reason) and I feel guilty, after all, Jay had been taking great care of my old baby since he took over the business!!!
Oh yes, I knew Jay firsthand when he started his business. And after all these years, I witnessed his practical, pragmatic, nimble, high precision, great problem solving skills is a car doctor you’ll definitely want to keep!! No wonder clients are lining up for him!!!
After a number of repairs done, innumerable questions asks, priceless advice and recommendations, great customer service, humours shared, I’m hands down, Jay and his team is the best, and can be trusted!!!!

I was given a very expensive quote being told by engine needed rebuilt at another garage.
I went to Northtown and with their expertise they diagnosed the vehicle correctly. I was provided with a new water pump and thermostat at a fraction of the price.
Trust worthy , highly skilled professionals that offer their services at a fair price. Highly recommend !!!!!!!
