I have mentioned the website errors to UHaul, and have since been given my refund in full with a small voucher credit. I'd like to retract my earlier review and offer my thanks to Whimsical Emporium and UHaul for taking care of this for me.
Uhaul is a very affordable service and I highly recommend it to others.
