I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and pleasant demeanor throughout our conversation. Her eagerness to provide details to the many storage options available made it very easy for me to decide which solution would work best! If you are a day late with the money they charge you more and they run out and put another lock on so you can't get in. And the manager is very rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful staff. The unit was really clean. Something I liked was that they remembered my name. It might sound silly, but the fact that they care enough to learn your name makes you feel like a person and not only a profit-making asset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super helpful and very friendly. The staff also helped recommend boxes and packing supplies that would suite my needs. The facility is very clean and staff walks you through the paperwork to make sure you understand the policies. I give 5 star for the service in storage
