★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I've EVER encountered. Made a reservation for pickup at 3:30 PM, and struggled to find the uhaul vendor as all uhaul vehicles were scattered across multiple stores in the plaza, and the one tiny uhaul vendor sign was blocked by other vehicles. I tried calling multiple times to ask for better directions and no one picked up. Finally found the place and just as I'm about to enter the store (at 3:35) the man inside locks the door and flips the "open" sign to "closed" and said the shop is closed and I'm out of luck. He was supposed to close at 4:30 and shut the door in my face. Hope that man's shop burns down.
Ended up at the flying jays vendor off of Barlow and Deerfoot, where a lovely lady even stayed past closing time to help me check out my van three hours later. What a life saver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason I'm giving them one star is that I can't give them zero.
I booked a van online for 4:00 pm, they called at 3 and said I have to be there at 3:30 because they want to be home early. When I brought up the issue with them the young guy abruptly said to me "if you have an issue, take it up with U-Haul". Absolutely appaling, completely rude, fully uncaring and frankly utterly horrible. Also, the van was incredibly dirty and smelled like farm animals.
I don't know what's keeping U-haul from having their license revoked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT rent a vehicle from this location!! The owner is so rude! I actually thought I might be on candid camera with the way he was speaking to us right from the very start. His customer service was shocking and so awful. This owner and company do not deserve a one star, they deserve a zero star, and should not be in business. Hopefully you are smarter than me, and read the reviews on this uhaul location before you book with them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abysmal experience at this location. Staff and owner are extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars.
We were told that this would be our drop off location for our truck and apparently it was not the correct drop off location. They essentially changed the drop off location on us and never notified us of this change. As a result, we got charged extra for dropping the truck off at the "wrong" location.
Based on the myriad of other low star reviews on this location, it seems that we are not alone in having a terrible experience.
I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your moving needs, DO NOT go to this U-Haul location. I cannot believe this incompetent owner is even in operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. From the moment I picked it up to when I dropped it off. The guy "Chris" told me I'd have to wait an hour for the invoice. I wasn't going to wait around an hour for him . Of course when I got it, they charged me more than they should have. I called them regarding it, and the guy (not Jim or Chris - another guy) was so RUDE and hung up on me! NEVER AGAIN from this place. Minus 100 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service! I wish I read the reviews before going there! I was looking to buy a packing box and the guy there knew nothing about the box, all he wanted was to sell me a box. I folded the box to check it out and unfolded it so it was still new. He insisted I broke the "seal" which doesn't even exist and told me I have to buy it no matter what. It was only $4 so I paid for a box I will not need. After I returned home, I looked at the box and U haul says they will buy back unused boxes! Shame on this dealer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here if you like being condescended to. The customer service representative is also the main contact at The Computer Clinic. He added the $15 insurance even if when we booked online, we indicated we didn’t want insurance. Every interaction with him was a pain, I hope someone cares about him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely avoid this location. Owner is very rude, not willing to help out in anyway. We had reserved a truck online, when we showed up to pick up the truck he wouldn’t let us take it due to not having a credit card. Even when it had accepted our way of payment online when we booked. Now we are stuck to move with no moving truck.
