Hit or miss when it comes to the computer repair. Sometimes cheaper, sometimes more expensive than other places. Same goes for turnaround time. If you’re looking for a Uhaul, just go to Barlow. Much less hassle.

I came in with an issue with my laptop, it kept shutting off whenever it was moved a tiny bit, they took it for the day, found out the issue(the area where the RAM was sitting was dirty and was making contact between the RAM and the motherboard spotty), they fixed it, and had it for me the next day at $25, it was quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

This owner and son are very rude and disrespectful I was trying to rent one of their uhaul cargo vans. They ended up kicking me out of the office and refused my rental as they said I was being rude when it was actually the owner who was very disrespectful to myself. Don’t bother renting from them go to another uhaul representative

Booked uhaul with reference number - showed up on moving day, owner feigned ignorance and said his truck was broken. We were forced to go to Barlow location, rent bigger truck at .89 cents a km. Ended up with a $230 cost rather than $150. Guy at this store is a moron who lacked common sense to call us and let us know ahead of time. Thanks so much for the waste of time and money.

Do not rent a U Haul from here! I tried to rent a truck and the people refused to document the damages all over the truck. The just wouldn't document or sign anything. So cagey, I do not recommend.

Dont buy U Haul boxes or rent his vans his prices are way higher then just going to uhaul for these products. He is also rude and has no respect no nobody nut him self.

DO NOT RENT U-HAUL from them! Rude and not willing to help. Told me to just leave the keys when dropping off, then proceeded to charge me a re-fueling fee even though I for sure re-fueled it to the right level. Called then and he kept repeating it was not at the level rented, did not want to help. Called U-HAUL directly and they assisted! AVOID!

This is a uhaul dealership and Jim, the owner is the rudest guy I have ever encountered in my life. Right when we walked in he automatically rudely commanded us to not park where we parked and park elsewhere. Not even a hi or hello, he could’ve kindly asked us to move our car. So I left my mom and I parked the car elsewhere. When I walked in , he was yelling at my mom saying that they opened at 9 am. We booked the uhaul at 8 am with the understanding that we are able to do the truck share 24/7 as stated on their website. He continued to yell at my mom until I intervened to stop him from yelling at my mom and told him that it was advertised both on the website as well as on their trucks that they have the truck share service. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me that they do not do that service. He also yelled he doesn’t work for uhaul and he’s just a dealer. Since we have already paid, we were told to go outside and he will meet us there. Chris, his son, came out instead of him and explained the drill to my mom. I asked him what Jim’s name was (at this point, I didn’t know it yet) and he told me that it was his dad and he told me that If I wanted to know, I should go back in and ask myself. So I did. I went in and asked if I could have his name and he said no. There are two calling cards on the table I grabbed them both and asked the son, Chris, what his name was instead. TLDR: rude man, yelled at my mom, he wouldn’t say his name when I asked him, HORRIBLE customer service
