I had initially gone in for the 2 glasses for $199.99 however because my eyes have issues and I need progressives, I couldn't get that deal. He did, however, give me a sweet deal for 3 pairs of glasses. While there were issues, it wasn't with him. My eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription as I couldn't see out of them. He went out of his way to help me get glasses that worked for me and was exceptional in wanting me to get what I ordered. I would use him before I go anywhere else ever.

Her customer service is exceptional, she's fun to talk with, and she provides excellent customer service along with a great experience. Whether she's at braeside or midnapore I specifically deal with her. She helped me get the right lenses for my new sunglasses and recommended I get my eyes tested when I mentioned I was noticing it was harder to see certain things. Even when she interacts with other customers, she's always pleasant and she really enjoys her job. Thanks for everything Rhonda! Keep up the hard work.

For my glasses and I have been unable to pick them up. I have left 2 or 3 messages and still received nothing in return would just like my glasses so I can actually see......... I understand the circumstances with covid but I'm sure there could be some kind of arrangement made. Super frustrating at this point.

It took 2 months to get them and one pair was out of focus. It then took another 2 months to get those back! I had to constantly check in as no one ever followed up. Coating is still bad and very schmudgy! My husband ordered the 2nd pair with magnetic sunglasses. Within a month a piece of the nose rest fell off and was lost. They said they would replace it and after months never did! My daughters boyfriend also ordered sunglasses and twice they came back with the wrong coating. Horrible service on product! I guess you get what you pay for! Won't recommend ever!
d	debbie carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by one of my church he doctor was very nice and talkative ... very detailed and through eye exam new latest equipment ...... the entire staff was very nice and helpful seemed to really enjoy doing their jobs get a chance to meet the owner he was very humble and cooperative kids got candies and small toys... and guess what my glasses ready in less than an hour amazing !!! I was able to get nice pairs of Ray ban and Vogue for only 350 with my Progressive lenses and hard coat anti glare ... would recommend jaffery optical SE and SW to everyone who is looking professional service and get a nice pairs of glasses with amazing saving !!!! we support local ... I will rated 5 or more if I can ...

We’ve had great dealings before with businesses in both Medicine Hat and Calgary, but Jaffery takes the cake. Rushangul and Dr Janna were amazing. They both went far above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They were so unbelievably friendly and gave the best recommendations. I could type for so long explaining how good they were, but I will summarize with this: there is nowhere else we will be taking our family besides Jaffery.
