★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Craig is great! Friendly, kind and did a great job with our kids ages 2, 5 and 6. Also a very honest doctor. We had experiences where we were told our kids needed a prescription for glasses where he said, the prescription is so minimal that glasses probably aren't required. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Craig.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this place to buy my glasses because I found a groupon coupon. It was a great choice as all of the women working here are incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a lot of help selecting the best frame and fit for my face for which I am very grateful, as well as a breakdown on prices and advice on choosing the best lenses for me. They offer single vision digital lenses which I’m very excited about. Plus a two year anti scratch warranty. I would highly recommend buying your glasses here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my annual eye exam appointment yesterday with Dr. Prasad and Co.
He always takes the time to chat with me, and answers all my questions thoroughly and with good humour! I decided to check out some new frames while I was there. Deborah spent about a half an hour "shopping" with me as I tried various frames, wild and otherwise. We found the perfect pair, and the whole of the front office staff joined in to comment on my two preferences and cheered me on in my final choice. Altogether, it was an enjoyable experience. I left feeling so appreciative!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I’ve been letdown the last couple years with the customer service at the front desk. As a younger patron, it seems my business is not taken as seriously. Yesterday when I went in to buy a 6 month supply of contacts, it took several awkward seconds to be approached by the receptionist in front of me, even after I said hello. This isn’t the first time I’ve left feeling upset with the customer service of some of the receptionist at this business. I may recommend greeting new people in the business, as they walk in. It is a simple gesture that goes a long way. It is unfortunate, after being a customer to this local business for over 20 years to be left with this impersonal feeling.

Lost my glasses over the weekend on a photo expedition and was in dire need of a new pair so I could function properly in society. I went to 5 different places and they each told me that it would take 2 weeks to get my lenses made. BUT NOT DEB! She told me it would take roughly a week to get them made. I was already sold at that point. Not more than 48 hours later I received a call letting me know my glasses were done! Thank you Deb and the team at Glenmore Landing Vision Center for helping me not bump into things when I walk around (My Dad thanks you too for not having to drive me around for 2 weeks).
