I have rented trucks on short notice and with a longer term reservation from this agent both in Sooke and Duncan.. The drive is worth it! Five Stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okayish. 4 out of 5 visits were prompt. Our last visit we waited about 10 minutes for staff to finish a personal call before being acknowledged at all. Pretty good but a sub par conclusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Over charged us for the extra 2 days that we had to add because they forgot to do it in the first place. Couldn't supply the dollies but refused to take the money off for them and then screamed and curssed at my wife when she tried to talk to him about. Big man trying to intimidate a women. If I could give them negative star rating I would.
