Only 1 staff working and I wait almost 30 mims to pick up some boxes (I already paid online)
Bit overall the staffs verrryyyy nive. The cashier and the bald men.
He is the reason I gave extra 2 stars in my review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best U-Haul location I've been too. The vans are modernized with a back camera, super clean and no issues with the car. There was a line to get in but it moved super quickly. Loved this location! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are fantastic. Store is super clean and products are fairly priced. Boxes are inexpensive. We purchased all of our moving supplies here as they have a full compliment of moving supplies. By this, I mean… things that I didn’t even know existed ?. Staff are pleasant, understanding and excellent communicators. Product selection is complete and thoroughly addresses typical moving needs. We are lucky to have this Uhaul in Milton. Great job team Uhaul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place to rent from, so friendly and professional staff, from the amazing staff at the front desk to the great guys out side cleaning and getting the trucks ready, this weekends front desk staff lovely lady and young guy where so nice and kind a great help answered all our dumb questions and when we returned on Monday morning the two men outside where so nice and helpful, even offered to explain the bill to us and everything. I would highly recommend this uhaul. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you for making our experience with you so great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young gentleman named Noah was an amazing help and super friendly!
I phoned in to ask a few questions about moving boxes and a rental truck and he had all the answers. He was super quick and made such a stressful thing as moving become a little less hectic. Later on that day I came to the store to be greeted by a large and very well-kept showroom filled with all your moving needs. Noah was again very helpful and assisted me and my wife with all our questions.
Great store with great people. Keep up the good work U-Haul!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The U-Haul in Milton is a great place to rent your vehicles. They provide excellent customer service, helping us sort out situations so we have the right vehicle for the right situation. When you go in ask for Wally he is amazing. The manager helped us with a little snafu as well. We were very pleased with their service.

Knowledgeable, helpful, quick and easy. I could not be happier with my rental start to finish and would recommend this location to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. I am very happy with their service. I don't have enough words to say THANK YOU. I have to share my experience and explain how kind the staff was. My son picked up a Cargo van yesterday to transport some furniture and by the time we realized the van was too small, it was only 10 minutes before their closing time. I quickly called the lady at the Lawson U-Haul store and asked her if she could exchange the small van to a bigger truck and she said if we bring it before 7PM they will be able to exchange it, but if it's after 7PM, they will have to do it the next day as it was almost 7PM. However, I had to move the furniture yesterday night as I had to vacate the place for my Tenants the next day, and I didn't have much options left. Then I explained the story to the kind lady and she was very co-operative and kind and stayed way past her closing time to help me out. It was such a relief for me. I will always do business with U-Haul and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives. Great Team ! Great spirit !
