Mike gives great customer service and gives advise to make your purchase correct the first time. My custom order was delivered on time, and fit like a glove. Price was great as well even with the delivery charge. I want to thank Mike and his employees for a well built product. Look no further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike was very patient and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions and help me come up with the right dimensions for my axle order. The clerk behind the counter was very friendly upon pickup and the forklift driver loaded everything smoothly. These guys are 1st class and the prices can't be beat.

Seriously.
They take care of you. From helping you figure out exactly what you need (Even when aren't sure yourself!) and explaining details about the product (In my case an axle) so that you are getting the best possible product for your situation. They don't talk to you like jerks because you might not know your spring center from your hub face!
Payment options that no one else has and amazing shipping options that are good for the little guys! Not only that, I paid for the product and had the items the next day at our loading docks!
Anyone asks me, I will always point them to Cerka. Don't bother with Princess Auto or anyone else for trailer supplies. Even with shipping they come in competitively priced and at least twice the quality.
Thanks Joe, Dave, Mike and Mike and Gina!! You guys rock!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First bad review I’ve given anyone. Also I’ve been here many times before and has been fine. Went in for a trailer jack, get the Jack minus mounting hardware (which I asked for complete) the guy says go to Home Depot, I ask do you not have the mounting hardware here? A few eye rolls later the Guy comes out with some bolts and says “we don’t charge enough for this” I say wow great customer service! Don’t worry about it. That’s no way to treat customers guys.
Business will be elsewhere from now on,
