★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was odd. Honestly, I felt like I was bothering the staff by being there to buy a hitch cargo carrier. When I first asked if they had any in stock, she awkwardly didn't reply, but looked past me around the store, then texted and called someone to ask where they keep them... the whole time still not acknowledging I was even there or asked a question... no customer service and weird experience. I thought maybe she was new and was still being trained... but when a manager (i think) came in, she just pointed in a direction where they were kept. Lots of work to do on customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both times we rented their cars , the cars broke down in less than 1 hour. We do weddings so you can imagine the inconveniences they have caused us. Some of their staff are also very rude, as other customers have described on this review platform, they don't seem to care too much about serving customers and they easily get rude without provocation.

Added extra fuel ?
Great ! you get no reimbursement. But you gotta pay if you return the truck with lower fuel.
The Indifferent front desk would be glad to assist by asking you to take the truck for a drive if you want- but you aren't getting any money back.
Want a dolly you reserved ?
Walk-in at 8 am to be told there is no dolly and that it is first come first serve. Only to find the guy at least 2 spots behind you in your line to walk away with one.
The plus is that they got all kinds of U-Haul vehicles and moving boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a locker unit here and went in to the store to close my account. Line up was long, but probably expected for a Saturday. However, the customer service is by far the worst! The employees are more concerned with talking with each other then trying to move the line… that was out the door by this time. Finally, once I got up to the counter… the lady who was helping me answered her phone and started having a conversation. Definitely not work related… picked up her phone while I was in the middle of trying to say something to her and stopped working… and had her conversation right in front of me
Based on all previous reviews regarding this locations customer service, this experience seems to be in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know I see a lot of people saying the staff are rude and unprofessional but every time I have been in the staff have been pleasant and understanding. I have seen them being yelled at by people clearly having a bad day and it looks like they are severally understaffed. Unfortunately due to Covid I had to put my stuff in storage and just getting life back on track. Some times my payments have been late and that on me, but they have been understanding and the manager usually fixes any issues with the account. I try to go at non peak times as I have seen the line ups everyone is talking about. Just bring patients and a positive attitude leave the entitlement at home and just try to realize the front desk doesn’t build or maintain the trucks and it’s not up to them to feel the struggles we as a society are going through they have there own issues I’m sure and probably would rather be doing other things then working at UHaul for probably minimum wage.

(We had booked a rental truck for moving last week a month back,but at the last minute they advised that we cannot return the truck at different location have to return it to same location)
We should have option of dropping to any location
