They were very respectful and helpful with the service. The Director was very kind and professional. They were very accommodating for times and religious purposes. I did not feel treated poorly at any time. I read some of the other reviews and none of that matched up to my experience. Thank you again.

PLEASE IF HAVE FAMILY DO NOT GO THERE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. The staff here are okay, not the best, no backbones, but the management is terrible. We went there for my aunts funeral and they made a business out of deaths. First of, we had to fight tooth and nail to get a time to dress up my aunt for the cremation ceremony. They were saying oh no there's a family after you, we will do it, BLAH BLAH BLAH, but we had to beg, even though we disclosed it was important to us. No sensitivity. Once we got 15 minutes to dress my aunt, we realized the manager lied because there was no one after us. The staff were very helpful in dressing her with us. Post-cremation, my father had to fight with management to gain access to my aunts ashes. They gave him a time of 115pm. When he got there, they refused to give him the ashes because his ID and his contract did not match. But his name was under the contract, so it did, they just did not check. Plus, they had AMPLE TIME TO DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION AND FIX IT, but they did not. Terrible service. My dad ended up fighting some more because we already made the 30 min drive, and instead of giving us the ashes and stopping the fighting he was threatened to be kicked out. Not professional at all. They finally rechecked the contract, and found my dads name and gave us the ashes in a bag. Even though we paid for an urn, they gave it to us in a bag. Many people were there waiting for their loved ones ashes, they just kept them waiting. I swear if you have a loved one that needs cremating DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE. They don't even deserve two stars for what they did but the ceremony was perfect, just what they do to families behind the scenes not perfect at all. P.S If you ever deal with Balvinder, I suggest you ask for someone else.

I would definitely without any hesitation use the services of this facility and their staff especially Puneet and Rachel. Very compassionate and helpful individuals. I read some of the reviews and it certainly does not correspond in any way to the treatment we received a month ago.

Last year my grandmother passed away and the staff at brampton crematorium were so helpful and accommodating through out the entire funeral planning and preparation. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and pleased. Thanks again guys. You all are fantastic.

I have been to two funerals here. The first one was a good impression however the second time was during covid and their live streaming service of the ceremony sold ads during it! How disrespectful. Do you walk the rows of people during a live service and hand out flyers? No. Take off the ads from the service itself. Having a listing on the website is fine, just dont have a scrolling list of advertisements while trying to be immersed in the service.

Highly recommend their services!! They are cooperative and understanding. I would thank Puneet for helping me with documentation in the middle of the night, which shows they have empathy and compassion towards people in their tough times.

The funeral services provided were very well structured. 100% recommend this funeral home to anyone looking to get top tier services. Gagan took care of all of our needs. He was there every step of the way, at all times. Gagan was a great host and he personally took responsibility to arrange and carry out the funeral services for my grandfather.
