★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girlfriend purchased an urn for her recently deceased mother. They called her literally laughing about potentially having sent her the wrong item. She had to open up the box and confirm that it was the right urn. When she expressed her upset at the situation they were completely insensitive. Told them she wanted a refund and was told “good luck with that”. You’d really think a company in this business would know to treat their customers with care. Do not buy from them if you want to be treated appropriately when dealing with the death of a loved one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother passed very suddenly so i needed to get an urn at a reasonable price, found one i would like ordered all good. Box comes, not really something i wanted to open until i needed to so i put it aside. I get a call with a CSR rep giggling the entire time, offering no empathy, sympathy, condolences after i told him this was for my mom who recently died. Saying they potentially sent me the wrong thing? I guess it was funny to him wasn't really funny to me, i then contact customer service to complain and they do nothing they said sorry for the miscommunication. I asked for a refund due to the extreme poor level of service i got with that phone call out of the blue. They said no can't do it so i said ok i'll issue a charge back on my credit card the chat rep said "good luck with that". Unbelievable to think this company deals with grieving people on a regular basis give your heads a shake. Do NOT buy from this place they just want your money they don't care beyond that "respect, value, sympathy" did not get any of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casket Outlet staff were all so kind, courteous and very helpful with making arrangements regarding my late cousin’s urn. Judy took our inquiries and emailed me the proof prior to engraving and informed us about various options for the plaque as well as different urns to choose from. She also helped us decide which option was best, and did not try to up-sell things we did not need, but added on a couple of things we wanted at a very good price. We are so pleased with the service and how helpful, caring and polite everyone was. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Casket Outlet to order flowers for my parents funeral-flowers. It was a large order of 40 flowers consisting standing sprays, large hearts and 2 large casket sprays.
Judy was wonderful to work with. Because our order consists of traditional Chinese writing on flower ribbons. Judy patiently & respectfully sat down with us to go over each flower order over 3 visits that we needed.
To my surprise, Judy contacted me to view the flower arrangements in progress to ensure that I am happy with the orders. The flowers were beautiful. The service we received was professional and seamless.
Just over a week later I contacted Judy to order 2 silk flower hearts and Judy responded within reasonable time and my order was available for pickup as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in curious to see if any flower arrangements were readily available for a friend's wedding. The florist, Judy, was kind enough to set time aside to arrange a bouquet of red and white roses. I would recommend Casket Outlet for all your funeral (and non-funeral) needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Dave - you are making way too much money. Your take it or leave it attitude for the casket we ordered with streaks on the veneer manufactured by your family in Mexico is unfortunate. Funeral is in one day so our only option was something more expensive. This is not your problem I guess but you knew there were issues with the entire shipment. You should let people know and we would have had other options.Winter storm coming in so we are concerned with having no casket for Friday. We are a repeat customer from way back. Price is good but the product not up to standard. Mary
