This place was horrible. The owner and his wife were rude qnd have no customer servicr skills what so ever. This business should not be allowed to even operate. They have no sense of remorse or emotion when it comes to funeral arrangements. They do not care that someonr just passed away they just want your money. DO NOT GET TRAPPED IN BUYING FROM THEM. there are better places cheaper places and places with nicer people. 0/5 STARS. this place is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Aug. 15th I ordered online. Both urns I wanted showed as in stock. They call Aug 16th to say the larger of the two urns is out of stock and that would add 3-4 weeks to shipping time. I said I’d have to check with someone before deciding. 5 minutes later they call back and say it is in stock, but at their other warehouse. This only adds 1-2 days. I say great, ship it ASAP. 11 days goes by. No shipping notification. So I call them back. He says I shouldn’t have been told 1-2 days, and that it would be 3-4 weeks from now. (11 days already passed by now). I said two weeks have gone by, so I don’t see why it would still be 3-4 weeks. I was told that the rep would speak to his manager to get this order rushed. I asked for an email stating this had been done, and confirmed my email. He said he would send it “soon”. No email came. September 9th - another call, again with a disinterested tone, same voice says nobody's gone to the other warehouse. Being very frustrated at this point, but remaining polite and wanting to continue with this company because my sister-in-law had her heart set on this urn, I ask, “Where is your other warehouse? Another city? It’s 10 minutes away. So I reply, “You mean to tell me nobody's gone to your other warehouse 10 minutes away in 3 weeks? It feels to me like you’re not interested in moving your product at all!” He said the workers that go to the other warehouse just pick up the caskets and have no idea where the smaller product is. I asked, “Can’t you send someone that DOES know where the product is to pick it up? It’s only 10 minutes away!”. He said he can ask his manager if she can go get it since she knows where the product is. I said, “Yes, do that! I don’t know why you didn’t do that 3 weeks ago!”. I then asked for an email be sent of our interchange he said he would send one. No email came. I call back Monday the 13th and I’m told the keepsake urn is out of stock, but they can send the bigger one that has been available at their other warehouse all this time. I asked why the keepsake urn wasn’t picked when I placed my order August 15th? He didn’t know. I am so frustrated at this point, but I did have a backup keepsake urn to fall back on and it showed as in stock on the website. He said out of stock. I said fine, cancel the small urn, ship the big one today. I requested rush shipping and I’m told they only ship at the one speed, but it’s free. I say fine. Later that day I get an email saying they’ve charged my credit card, and they’ve charged me shipping. I verify on the website that it has a very clear indicator that the shipping is free within Canada and I have the phone conversation with the rep assuring me that it’s free, so I email them to get a credit to my card for the shipping, which I did get after some time. I receive an email the following day (Sep 14th) saying that the urn has shipped. I’m thinking finally! I track it and it says ready to be picked up by courier. No activity for 6 days. I tracked it again on the 20th of Sept and still no change. I call. Rep answers and says UPS didn't pick up all week. I demanded that it ship today as it has been 6 weeks and still no product has left their building. There's action on the tracking number by the following morning, Sept 21st. This urn finally arrived on September 27th, one day short of a month past my brother’s memorial. It was beautiful, but not worth the incredible stress and hassle. I don’t recommend dealing with this company to anyone, ever. If there was a way to rate negative 5 stars, I would. I guess 1 star will have to suffice.

We purchased several types of flowers for our funeral service. We were happy with the result. Nice flowers and good value. There was an issue, due to unforseen circumstances with the weather, but David quickly resolved it. Thank you! As well, the casket we chose was so beautiful. The headstone that we purchased turned out exceptionally. We sent Casket Outlet our custom design, and that is exactly what they made for us. We were very happy. Again, the product was very beautiful, and the value was great. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out. It is exactly what we wanted. Thank you again for your service and all that you have done for our family to get through this most difficult time in our lives.

Have been waiting since august of 2021 to even see the stone! We keep being told that the stone has to come from India but then don’t hear anything back! My family is really to go to a higher level as apparently in a lot of reviews this is common!

i left this review for your best service for my grand father and my mother in law, we receive the bronze marker, it was beautiful, also i saw my grandfather monument in Beechwood cemetery, it was amazing for etching photos, it is very nice.
