โ โ โ โ โ We were in the middle of a heatwave in July/August. Our Central Air Conditioner seemed like it was struggling to keep us cool and comfortable in the house. Unit was 10 years old, we thought maybe it was done. Called and spoke with Richard, explained the situation, he had Jesse come by to check it out.
It took him 5 min to figure out there was an imbalance in coolant pressure and with consultation with Richard, balanced it perfectly!
The system has been great, running efficiently and keeping us comfortable.
We were prepared to replace the unit and I even asked Richard to have one ready if this fix didn't work, but it did... .saved us a lot of $
I will say, when it comes to future maintenance of our AC or Furnace, they are the ones I will call. When the day comes to replace either, they will have my business for sure!!
I highly recommend them!!
Great job, all of you....i wish more companies treated their customers (potential customers) the same way.

I love the fact that they are reliable and you can get a service call within 24 hours! Thanks as always for great service.

โ โ โ โ โ I am so impressed with Home Comfort Canada. Our relationship started in 2014 when we moved into our current home. Another company came to install a new furnace. They had measured everything but the installer wanted to knock down a wall into my office. We declined and called Home Comfort Canada. They installed it the next day. They also installed our air conditioner. We have them come every year for cleaning. Always professional and courteous.
Our furnace stopped working yesterday. Of course on a very cold weekend. Anyway it's before noon on a Saturday and up and running. Grateful.
Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Al was gracious and kind when I first called to say that my heating was not working. I'd arrived home--in the midnight hours of Sunday morning--after a few days away and could not initially understand why the house was so cold. Once I figured out that the boiler was the problem, Al was professional and prompt as we moved to "next steps." Jesse arrived on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix. It kept the house warm until Jesse arrived (prompt, professional, gracious) this morning (Friday) with the correct part. Our experience with Home Comfort Canada has always been very good. We recommend them highly. They've kept our air conditioners running for years.

โ โ โ โ โ Some history with my residence & Home Comfort Canada.
I first started with Home Comfort in 2012 for routine service on my furnace. The furnace had been installed in 2009.
When the service technician called me to our maintenance room and literally pulled the vent pipes off my furnace. Indicating that none of the pipes were glued, also pointing out that the vent hole in my cement wall was not properly sealed, thus allowing possible CO2 gas to leak back into the house. This would explain why I had to require the Fire Department to attend to my residence in 2011as the CO2 monitor had activated. They could not find any defaults with any of the equipment.
Home comfort repaired the vent pipes, patched the hole, and the cost was a THANK YOU, no charge.
They continue to provide their service to this day for my furnace & air conditioner.
Their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. clean and will take the time to explain any questions you may have about your equipment. They will ensure your equipment is safe to use.
With all of the above factors I can't see why you would not select Home Comfort Canada as your service provider, they will ensure you & your home are safe. They go that extra step.
I wish my Home Comfort Canada/Mueller Mechanical Ltd. of Mississauga a long and prosperous time in this capacity.
