Thank you Ultra Comfort! My fireplace is beautiful! The installers came on time for the installation, before they started working they put a drop sheet and protected my floor! They did a very clean job! After the installation, I got many compliments on the fireplace! It completely changed the look of my living room for the better. I especially appreciate Mohammaed the installer and his team who finished the job well! Thank you again, Ultra Comfort!

Please read all of this! On September 2018 my husband and I went to their showroom to purchase a gas fireplace. A sales person drew up a contract based on the brochure they showed us, indicating what we requested. We were very specific and clear about what we wanted and told "no problem". Despite missed appointments prior to installation we were assured not to worry. Upon delivery and installation, we received a slightly damaged trim kit that was "Flat Black" and not the "Premium Gloss Black" ($230 more) that was marked in our brochure by the sales person. We then we're told they never sold or offered us the "Gloss Black" trim kit - even though the sales person clearly drew an arrow from the "Premium Gloss Black" fireplace ( 1 of 5 pictures depicted in the brochure and NOT the Flat Black picture without an arrow). I texted the sales person letting him know that we received the wrong trim kit, and to please make it right. After numerous calls they argued that they never had "Premium Gloss Black" but only Flat black to look at the contract that I signed. I'm not disputing that my contract says Black Trim, but what I am clear about is that my contract DOES NOT say FLAT black... The brochure that my contract was drawn up from has a giant arrow pointing from the "PREMIUM GLOSS BLACK" fireplace picture that the sales person made because that was what we asked for. Despite eventually speaking to the sales person and later the owner, both admitted to their mistake of not making it clear Premium Gloss Black was not an option. I found it both UNPROFESSIONAL and more importantly insulting that I was told it was my mistake because I had signed the contract. We wanted money back for the difference and were told no because we were already given a "Great" deal. Their option to us was to offer a Stainless Steel trim kit they had left laying around and that we could give them $150 for it! I think you can determine for yourself by this review we were NOT satisfied customers and will not be making purchases ever from this location.

We purchased a Napoleon XIR4 infared fireplace from these people. Had nothing but problems with this unit. Had to spend $500 for new Smart Remote. Contacted them to do maintenance all they did was clean the glass and charged $90 plus tax. They did not respond back after we have called the 4 times; was told they are too busy. They are ready to sell and take your money but they have zero customer service and charge for incomplete service. I have 7 fireplaces in my home and have never had any problems. I would never do business with these people.

They are good at installation bad with service. Two years ago my ac stoped working and I was being given a price of nearly $1000 without them even looking at it even though it was under warranty. A different company fixed it for $100. Two days ago I called them about my furnace which stopped working. They installed it and it is under warranty. Called their office and was told to call John as he needs to come and see it. Left messages and he called back two days later. Really disappointed.

We purchased beautiful gas fireplace in UltraComfort.ca . Technicians arrived at the scheduled time and install our new fireplace. We got great service, great price. Highly recommend.

I wanted to buy a fireplace in the store in Mississauga, but it was out of stock. A guy in the store said If I placed an order for that fireplace and made a deposit of $400, he would install it in 10 days. I agreed and deposited $400. The following day he called me and said I needed to pay $600 more for that fireplace. He said he forgot to charge a part of the fireplace. Since I really liked the fireplace, I agreed to pay $600 more. He had my old fireplace removed the following day to make room for the new one. However, I waited for 10 days without him installing the new fireplace, for which I deposted $400. I called him and he said the order would come soon. I waited for 2 more days and called him to cancel my order and he said if I cancelled my order, I would lose my deposit. So, I lost my deposit of $400 just because of his delay in delivery and installation.

We have been a customer of Ultra comfort for several years and will never come back again. We purchased a fireplace along with a conversation kit for my daughter on August 26, 2020 and paid for everything in full prior to pick up. The conversation kit was on back order and when we picked up the fireplace we were told they will receive it in a week and will give us a call. Never received a call, have contacted the company multiple times and have gone in to speak to Sam who we bought the fireplace from but unfortunately each time we ended up with John who refused to help. It has been almost three months and still we have heard nothing. I visited the location again and encountered John once more in person. Never have I dealt with the most disrespectful individual, I was told he cannot help me and it is my problem to deal with and that I should call the company again, ask to speak to the proper sales person and come in when they tell me to come in. Oddly enough, two weeks prior I did call in and was told it will arrive on a Wednesday, my daughter went in, who lives an hour away and spoke to John who told her β€œwhy are you here, I told your father it will come in tomorrow” got her phone number and said he will call her tomorrow with a time and never did. By this point it is not about the money that we paid for the kit but the respect that you have for your customer. I told John that it doesn’t look like I can do business here anymore if this is how they treat their customers and he laughed and said they all say that and went back to staring at his phone. I asked him to refund me the money that we paid for the kit and he abruptly said β€œNO, your talking to the wrong person” We tried to resolve this issue over the phone and in person and unfortunately got nowhere. Hopefully this review catches the companies attention to really watch who is representing their business. Fortunately for us there are plenty of other businesses that provide the same product but with much more care for their customers.

Bought a furnace a while back. Was not going to leave a review but now the furnace is not working after a year so i decided i would. Horrible buying experience with these guys. The guy i dealt with was not upfront whatsoever...He charged me an extra hundred for any unforseen installation issues and when the job was done the installer also wanted an extra hundred cash. The installation was sloppy, rushed and they made a huge mess thruout my home. The glue they used to connect the pvc pipe was everywhere. i was embarrased to show family the new furnace as it looked like it was installed by a 4 year old. And now it does not work. time to find a reputable company to fix it. leaving a 1 star review only because zero stars is not an option
