Serendipity Event Space

I had a great time hosting my wedding ceremony there at Serendipity event space. The staff were so amazing to work with, and had great customer service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome, and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, I love the fact that they provided the decor & food for my wedding. So all I had to do was to show up! Thanks again to all the staff & I highly recommend this space to everyone!

My experience with the Serendipity team was nothing short of wonderful. From the initial inquiry to the end of our event, they were professional & accommodating. I enjoyed the planning & our guests had an amazing night celebrating our lovely sister. The only thing I would recommend fixing is their a/c unit as the hall got very hot that night. I look forward to having more events in this space :)

Had my engagement party here pre pandemic! Absolutely beautiful! Melissa went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure we had a wonderful time. She even brought out a baby play pen she had when my friends baby was getting fussy being held. Will definitely be coming back for future events! ?

I would not recommend this event space whatsoever. Staff had poor management, poor communication skills. Manager rudely yells at us clients. Took our SOP money when we were about to book this place and kindly asked to return but didn't give back. We read their terms and conditions since that's all they emphasize us to do. There are wonderful recommendations In Mississauga other than this place. Again, would not recommend this place!

I cannot believe the audacity of this organization. My event was booked during the second lockdown because of the pandemic we were unable to use the space. They did everything they could to get us to cancel the contract/event; while keeping our deposit. They sent back the contract with the wrong date more than twice, then at the last minute said security is required for our event. I am so glad I didn't sign it. Then at the last minute, I was told I would need security for my party with a cost of up to $1,000 which was more than the cost of the event. Never again!!

Poor customer service. It was bad enough that things were delay due to the pandemic and our event was cancelled. But now that we are looking to use our deposit and plan an event they have been making it difficult. They don't want to return our money, kept changing the space rental agreement, and now they are trying to charge a $1000 security deposit fee that is more than the rental cost of the space. What a disgrace. I am sure they are doing this to other people who were unable to use the space they paid for before the pandemic hit and was unable to use it. Distasteful business tactics. I would not recommend especially because of the lack of professionalism and poor communication skills. Updated Reply to your Response. If you would like to use an analogy to address the poor service received please do not use the one given about the cost of a bag a milk. In deed if I paid for a bag of milk at Walmart at a given price and an issue was to arise where no milk was in stock at the time, no matter what, Walmart would need to honor the cost of the milk at the time I paid it. Nonetheless, whether my name is in the system or not you are still in communication with my family member and please be pride yourself in being honest and truthful about the poor service received. There has been no mistake in the review, yes you will have clients who had a create experience with re-booking their event, but that is not the case for us, and we should have the right to express they type of service received freely without you making an attempt to make it seems we have the wrong venue or that we do not know what we are talking about. Professionalism is always key even in a response to a negative review.

We held my baby shower here this pst weekend and I can definitely say we will be re-booking here for our future smaller events. We had the opportunity to have an interactive bouquet station where you can have a custom fresh flower bouquet made. The decor we also used pure lush for their decor and we loved it! Thank you for making our event magical!

My experience here was phenomenal, and will definitely be returning for future events. The event space was beautiful and the team, especially Simran, went above and beyond our expectations for our event ensuring we had the best time, matching decor, attention to detail, and willing to help under any circumstance. We had a dedication for my son, and everything was perfect. Simran was very professional from the beginning when booking the event, up until the end. The event space has nice grey flooring which gives it an upscale vibe, and it is laid out beautifully to host a variety of events with class. The event was a success, and nothing short of amazing. Thank you to Simran, and the entire Serendipity Team for your professionalism, hospitality and expertise. FIVE STARS!!!
