R	Ram Venkat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Singed contract is not honoured so can’t depend on the documents or commitments. They double booked for the evening. Standards of professionalism have deteriorated now and hence please consider other banquet halls. This event had nothing to do with COVID. They had double booked for a Trade show for four days presuming the last day the organizers would vacate at 3pm. Our event was scheduled for June 16th 2022 evening. They did not compensate for the inconvenience caused or compensate the additional expenses we have to incur now. Most unprofessional behaviour. Before you respond to this and mislead the public please get the facts from your office. If you want the names I can also provide it in my next update.

I couldn't even go to the bathroom to compose myself and heal from the terrible food because the bathroom was just as bad as the food itself. The manager was very rude to me as I was trying to ask him about the cheese options for the night. He would not take my inquiry seriously and made me feel as though I was not important to him.
M	Manjit Dhuga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at a party past weekend. Snacks and dinner were all garbage. Everything was so cold and artificial. Hall is nice but food has to be nice as well. I hope they will serve better food after reading my review. Other than Pani Puri, nothing was tasty.

I went to the back house and asked for water. She instantly replied- ''do i look like holding tray and serving water here?'' and she laughed and make fun of me with other colleagues. I am graduate of Hospitality. I know how hospitality people should be? This company is kind of green washing/faking. First know how to treat with people. You may not know that the dish washer washing dishes for you may be your future costumers.

They are very responsive by phone and reply to emails in a timely manner. Great food/drink options. We had one bartender for our wedding and the line got long a few times but they usually have someone jump in to help clear out the line. Overall would recommend this venue for a seamless planning process at a great venue.

Or wait, maybe our Jago night ? No no, maybe the reception! Embassy Grand and their staff are extremely nice, patient and understanding. They made our dream wedding into a reality. The food whether it’s lunch, Indian dinner, or Italian , they can do it all! Trust me… we’ve experienced every type of food at their venue! Oh better yet, the bar service? Fast, fun and stocked with all sorts of brands and mixes! We are so thankful for everything Embassy did for our wedding , and what they will continue to do for us as we will definitely be using them in the future for corporate and personal parties!

Much more professionally run and ceiling heights much more grand than similar venues. Would definitely recommend this hall to anyone.
N	Natasha Ramnarine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I visited Embassy Grand to get our 3rd covid vaccine booster shot. There is an entrance on the east side of the building where people line up outside for their vaccine. Appointments are required. Book online in advance. At first glance, the line wraps around the building and looks really long. Luckily, it moved quickly and we only waited outside for 30mins. I suggest arriving early for your appointment as it does take time to process everyone's health card before going inside to get the shot. If you are there for your shots, there is no piblic washroom available for use in the banquet hall. The only bathroom is a Tim Hortons on the opposite side of the plaza's parking lot. Before entering the banquet hall, everyone is funneled through a tent where they give you a blue face mask to wear prior to entering the banquet hall. Once inside, they process your health card and you proceed into the banquet hall section to another short line before entering the room to receive the vaccine. Doctors and nurses administer the shots. I got Dr.Peter, great guy, chatty and gentle. If you didn't have any adverse reactions to your previous shots, you will have to wait for 5mins after your shot, before you can leave. Great experience, smooth and efficient process. Pfizer and Moderna are offered. Open to kids 5-12 and all adults 18+. No walk-ins accepted.
