The manager Frank and Lorena were so accommodating during all the times we had to postpone our respective events and wedding, due to Covid-19. They were very understanding and felt like family. Frank guided us to curate a phenomenal four-course menu. Every single guest was impressed by the food. It is one of the highlights of our wedding, actually. Even the way it was plated looked avant-garde. This isn’t your typical hall-styled menu. Frank made sure our day was very special and all staff were attentive to everyone’s needs. We had first-class service and the ambience was just magnificent. Lorena also had great attention to detail and was so helpful. She even assisted me by sewing a part of my dress that needed mending on the night of! That will forever form part of my memory of our wedding day story. It was incredibly kind and an example of how Universal really goes the extra mile for their clients. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding day turned out. We highly recommend this venue!

The whole team was very helpful and did a fantastic job, the food was greatly enjoyed by all, and the space and atmosphere was beautiful. Very much looking forward to more events here in the future.

One item to point out was: they served stale jams, and frozen balls of butter, for breakfast. Can't spread either of them on the bagels. Other than that, its a good place to hold company functions.

From the moment my fiancé and I walked in to Universal Event Space we had the pleasure of dealing with Antonio from start to finish booking our wedding day for September 2023. We felt right at home with Antonio. We had no doubt that we chose the best venue for our special day. Antonio was professional, honest and helpful in every possible from phone calls to emails to answering every question we had to make our day perfect. From the bottom of our hearts we are so thankful for Antonio at Universal Event Space. We can’t wait for our wedding day and to book our bridal shower and stag! We highly recommend Antonio, you will not be disappointed!!!
