★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an event at Elite Banquet Hall and hands down the best customer service experience. Jay worked with me before the event to make sure everything was prepared right on time. All the guests complimented the Punjabi cuisine at the event and the manager paid attention to details. 10/10 experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venues need more people like Amy. I had to search through what feels like an endless stream of places to find a good fit for my upcoming wedding. Amy's combination of hands off and hands on approach- letting my fiance and I walk through the venue to see if we like it without someone hovering behind us, and then going over each package for us in depth- has helped me feel less stressed about this choice. If you're looking for help during this stressful time in a venue that is absolutely gorgeous, call this place and ask for Amy!

Jay didn't make us feel pressured at all and answered all of our questions with just a phone call away. I am very pleased with the experience with Jay, looking forward for his further assistance until our big day!

It was a first class experience through and through, starting with the communication from management prior to booking and then right up through to the event. Management was very accommodating with our requests throughout the process. The food was simply incredible, servers hospitable, the hall was elegant and all made for a magical evening. We will not hesitate to book the facility for future events!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I met with Jay, manager for the first time on January 15, 2022. We were extremely impressed with the quality of his service, professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to answer our questions and explained the contract with us. We were also fascinated with the renovation done to the hall. Good job!! The place looks amazing even without decorations. Thank you Jay for the wonderful job you are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's first birthday was a an amazing experience for my family and friends. The set up of the hall was great, everybody really loved it. The food was delicious and jay and his team did an amazing job with the service.He was always available, and understood my vision of my son's birthday. The staff was great especially Amy and Lou, from the moment we got there they were so kind and made sure everything went as planned. Jay and his team were very professional and I would definitely be doing more parties there in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the weekend at the Everybody Loves Raymond West Indian show at Elite Banquet and had the most amazing time!! Newly renovated space looks amazing and the service was even better. The table set up, accommodations, bartenders, servers and sound/music went beyond expectations!! Such a great party/event and it was controlled perfectly from beginning to end. A special shout out to Amy for her amazing service and being so kind and helpful throughout the entire night!!! Shout-out to Jay as well for having such a great event. Will definitely be attending future events at Elite!
