★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad drivers and rude customer service. One of the drivers tried to run my fiancé and I off the road flashing his brights at us for no reason (going the speed limit) so my fiancé had to slam the breaks to avoid a wreck with the careless driver. Then exited to another highway so I couldn’t get the license plate in time but I got the company and phone number. Called the the number on the back of the truck and whatever customer service they claim to have is nonexistent because the man on the phone said “so what’s the problem” when I explained the situation, then he got mad at me and started rambling but I couldn’t understand him he just sounded angry so I hung up. What an unpleasant experience, and I didn’t even patron the company.
