The customer service provided is exceptional - Michelle and Raeshel provided fantastic customer service. They were very passionate about what they were doing and were very professional and attentive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented the storage room 3 days ago, and the we are not able to use the storage room due to the location so we made alternate arrangements on the spot and brought our items else where, and called and asked for a pro-rated amount or refund since we did not use the storage room at all, and the staff advised that their Manager said there are NO options of pro-rating despite the circumstances and no option for a refund. I will be calling the credit card company, as there is a 10 day contract law in place in Canada. For those who need additional information or find yourself in the same place.
When you cancel a contract, any other arrangements you made with the purchase, like a financing agreement, are also cancelled.
Under the Consumer Protection Act,you have the right to cancel a contract and have your money returned if one of the following applies to you:
The contract has a cooling-off period
You always have a cooling-off period when you sign a contract in your home. Other contracts may also have cooling-off periods.
In those cases, you can cancel the contract for any reason within 10 days of receiving a written copy of the agreement.
Send your cancellation letter by email or by registered mail so that you have a record of when you sent it. Be sure to keep a copy of your letter. It is always best to contact the business in writing so you have a record of the communication.
If you contact the business by phone, make sure to note the date and details of the conversation. Keep a copy for your records. For most contracts, the company has 15 days to return your money. For payday loans, the company has to give you a refund within 2 days. If the contract was for a product, they are responsible for picking up the product or paying for it to be picked up if they want it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving and needed storage space. Called and spoke to the manager, Michelle McBride. She was very friendly, informative, and made the process simple and extremely easy. Visited the premises and it is very clean. Monthly payments with no hidden agendas. Would recommend for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are people who are meant to stay behind walls and there is Kasandra who is meant to be amongst people and make them feel like family. Genuine concern, gave me the best storage size, which was perfect. Customer service was exceptional. My business was closed for two years because of covid and I got this unit to restart. Place is clean, and bright and dealing with the girls here was amazing. If there were more stars I would definitely give it. kudoos to you Kasandra, I would definitely reach out to your superiors and let them know what a wonderful job you are doing !

She made this process quick and efficient. Her work ethics are top notch to match the facility.
Her banter smoothly went through the agreement with great knowledge and professionalism.
In terms of the facility it is very clean, well lit, organized and easily accessible and of additional amenities are required it was no issue to accommodate. My unit was in excellent condition and secure with the options for your own insurance coverage( they have their own coverage which is recommended; cannot get a unit without it; a nice touch for added protection of your valuables.
Overall in comparison to location, prices and services I would recommend Raeshel and SmartStop for your personal storage needs.
