Sensei Adam and his team at the Milton dojo are amazing with the kids, making it fun and entertaining for them, but also keeping them in check when it matters. Highly recommended!

It’s not easy finding an activity that both enjoy which ingrains the values that martial arts does. Both my kids are motivated and excited to move through the stripe and belt gradings and I’ve noticed improvements in their movement and balance. The Sensei’s/coaches and staff are dedicated, patient and know how to keep the kids motivated. Honestly can’t say enough great things, love sitting in and watching the classes.
