Usually Pita Factory is my favourite restaurant- not this location!! The woman who was working was incredibly rude! It seemed like we were an inconvenience being by just being there. Watching her make the pita- she just carelessly tossed the items in, which by the way were terribly cut to go on a pita. She also put barely any of each topping on the pita and eye rolled when I asked for more of a topping. Halfway through making my pita she grabbed her phone, called someone and then placed the phone on top of my pita!!! I was so grossed out- I mean that would be gross even when not in a pandemic!! I would NEVER go back to this location. The woman working has the worst attitude and customer service i’ve ever experienced- STAY AWAY!!

Food was delicious, service was quick and price was fair. Plenty of seating available and parking all the building.

I have been to Pita Factory over the years but recently took my boyfriend here in the afternoon (hungover as hell) and it totally satisfied the craving! I ALWAYS go for the chicken caesar pita, but decided to do steak and it was AMAZING! My boyfriend had the king club and absolutely loved it. We combo'd it with onion rings and although I thought the fryer oil needed to be changed, they were still good and crispy (paired with the chipotle sauce was delicious). My wrapped wasn't wrapped as tight as it should've been, but it was still delicious when it turned to more of an open face pita salad. GREAT bang for your buck! One of or, the best place for pitas in Milton.

Awful. I went on labour day to pick up lunch and there was only one person working who clearly hates her job. She seemed to be inconvenienced when I asked her to add ingredients, which were pretty fresh. She asked if I wanted it heated up I said yes and she only put it in for about 10 seconds, not enough. When I bit it I don't think I have ever had a more stale pita, it was very hard to bite and the beef was dry and old. Never going back. Also if the person working there would take the air pod out of her ear she might be able to hear the orders better.

Had a great pita here. Witnessed some absolute trash of a woman order, leave while it was being made, and come back and complain her salad was made and ready before she got back. The employee was very accommodating and offered to make it again at no charge. She bickered and then requested a refund. I’m sure she will leave a negative review because she’s a miserable see you next Tuesday, so hopefully this balances it out. In conclusion we got a free salad. 10/10 would recommend

Highly unprofessional behavior by the staff. We were asked for ID and Covid vaccine proofs, my friend showed her passport and vaccination, but the staff member started arguing with her for a Canadian ID. She was actually yelling at her and saying "next time make sure you have a Canadian ID". My friend is an international visitor here and she was shocked with this unpleasant behavior.

One word - DISGUSTING! Quick Summary: Extremely rude lady that worked there, toppings were not fresh, chicken was watery and looked gross, employees didn’t wear masks. Do not eat here! Full Summary: When I first walked in, two of the workers/owners (a lady and a man) were sitting in the dining area without masks. They walked behind the counter and the lady served me. I ordered a chicken shawarma. She didn’t wear a mask, kept her parka on and didn’t wash her hands before serving me, she just threw on gloves. I should have left right then but I was in a hurry and needed to grab something quick. I noticed that the toppings were not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting there for days β€” shrivelled up and discoloured. When I asked if the toppings were fresh, she rudely answered that everything is fresh here. I wanted to add hummus but after seeing the crusted top layer, I decided to pass. As for the chicken, she opened the lid to a container (not freshly cut as they advertise), and used a spoon to scoop chicken into the pita. I could see that it was the last bit of chicken left as she was scraping the bowl and it was very watery β€” just gross. I asked if I could have fresh cut chicken and once again, she became very rude and told me that the chicken shawarma on the rotisserie was not fully cooked and that as per Halton Food Safety, they are not allowed to serve raw chicken because raw chicken makes you sick β€” just being deliberately rude and unprofessional. I told her I didn’t want the shawarma and got a refund. She has the worst behaviour I have ever seen from any business. Her actions were completely unprovoked, so I’m led to believe that she just doesn’t care about the business. Go to Shawarma Corner in the same plaza.
