★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is very easy to move into. The staff, Brandon and Alan, were super helpful and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. I was really stressed about moving but those gentlemen made everything easy. Renting the unit and buying moving supplies was super easy and relieved alot of the hassle from moving. If you need help with anything these are the guys you should go to. Fantastic staff!

Especially Brandon, he was very helpful, even helped me find a unit under my budget and it is always great to see someone truly enjoy what they do. Definitely recommend this location 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean, modern facility. Well maintained loading bays make moving a breeze. Had the pleasure of dealing with Alan when we moved in and then met Brandon in the office. Both were obviously very at ease with their job and enjoying working as a team! So refreshing to see!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my research online and found Access Storage 7045 Millcreek Mississauga to be excellent and reasonably priced so I decided to go ahead with them. Brandon Balliram & Alan Turner were both there when we arrived at the reception. Great customer service. Both managers were very polite and very helpful and had a wonderful experience with Access Storage. The lockers and the inside of the building are very clean, and has lots of trolleys to use. There are lots of parking - I am presently renting a storage unit and would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thank you very much for excellent customer service ! From L. Miranda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alan and Brandon are professional and polite. Very willing to help and super friendly. If Access Storage can get employees like them, they're doing something right! We came to them looking for storage, we got a great tour and they helped us pick a unit. We ended up finding a townhouse with our own storage and when we came to cancel, they congratulated on us finding a place and said that it was no problem to cancel our contract. Just overall fantastic people, great service.

Brandon gave me a tour of a potential locker and very useful info to consider while making my choice amongst my other options.
