★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here is so poor, it’s actually unacceptable. The fact that this location is still running is a shame. You will be the only person in the store standing at the counter to be helped, and they won’t even acknowledge your presence. You have to say hello like 5 times before someone even asks what you’re there for. The women at the front counter are extremely rude for no reason. They roll their eyes, kiss their teeth and provide no assistance when you’re checking in. The employees even argue with eachother and make a scene in the store. Don’t expect to pick
Up your reservation on time. I guarantee you that you will leave there 1.5 hrs late every time. I’ve never seen this type of service in my life!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one of the good uhaul options on Weston road and near high way. I took a rental truck. The process is very easy I felt , the person at counter were friendly and helpful. I also got the trolley from there for moving heavy items. Few things you should know before you drove the truck , these are US trucks so speed meter is in miles so keep an eye. Drop after hours is little lengthy as you to few things on your mobile .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a hitch installed. When I asked about the reason for cutting out the plastic cover under the bumper I was told they can't get access to the bolts without it. It was a lie. You can remove the bumper to get access that way but they were too lazy to do that and ruined a perfectly good underside. Don't trust them with your car. The hitch was installed correctly and no issues but the short cuts taken are unacceptable for a professional company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented equipment from this location several times and it is always a good experience. The equipment is in good shape, service is fast and courteous, and dropping off is quick and easy. Business hours are very convenient and the location is great just off the highway. Very accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my tow hitch done here, technician was fast and efficient. Dropped off van, got it back in two hours. would really recommend, only takes a bit long for shipping of part to store but that’s sometimes uncontrollable. But for the price good A++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has a poor customer service, this lady who spoke to me is very disgusting. We waited in the store for over 30min and when I asked her what’s wrong she said “You can go to another Uhaul store if you can’t wait”. Why would people go to another store after waiting 25 min in the line. This annoyed me very much and I will never recommend anyone going here. I hope her boss is going to read this and give her this feedback. Please treat everyone respectfully without anyone egoist attitude. Finally when we asked for the truck she said she don’t have one, I asked for a different feet size and the same answer, but I see plenty of trucks available outside and I think she just intentionally refused to give us one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of bad reviews for this location so I thought I would share my honest opinion. I have now installed two trailer hitches on two different cars over the last few years.
Uhual’s prices are unbeatable and I have never had an issue with quality or safety as mentioned by other reviewers.
Installed a trailer hitch on my Range Rover 3 years ago. A small piece of the diffuser was needed to be cut to fit the trailer hitch as per manufacturer which I already knew but was happy the tech brought it up before installation.
Just installed a trailer hitch on my jeep and installation was smooth and have no complaints.
Why 4/5 stars? Women at front desk could provide better service. Tech performing installation is very friendly and does a job well done and was in touch with me several times by phone before installation keeping me up to date with the parts arrival date.
If you are considering installing a trailer hitch here don’t let the other bad reviews stop you.
