Over priced. Cramped facility, ghetto facility, no AC. Over priced and low quality merch. They charged my credit card for shirts I did not buy. Very shady place. Beware.

Way too expensive and they keep trying to charge even after you leave! For the money they charge, join LA Fitness. They have AC and they are opened all day every day. Socacize is only opened when there’s classes and for some classes you have to pay more! Doesn’t make sense. You can get more for your money at GoodLife for Women at the Superstore

My entire day's experience was of little value. The trainer's training model is sketchy and lacks professionalism. A bait and switch approach was used online and the deception led to my not receiving my certificate at the end of the class as advertised on the Website at that time. Another sketchy strategy to obtain and keep potential trainers' 1hr long routine is to demand that they produce a 1 hour teaching video in order to receive certification and/or auditioning for an entire 1 hour with one's own self-developed routine. There's also cut and pasted terms in a unilateral contract that attempt to prohibit and restrict potential certified trainers from competing within the "region." There are no supports for their "SPIN" (copied from Zumba's ZIN) club, but you can pay monthly for a bi-monthly soca music CD, which you can make yourself or purchase for $10 off a good DJ. Nothing about this dance-fitness model is unique although one's led to believe it is. It is a simple 32 count fitness approach applied to soca and other Caribbean-style music. The only distinguishing feature is the application of misappropriated, culturally local terms that are being used as trade names/signature terms. The socacize concept attempts to replicate the Zumba business model, but lacks the history, framework, and originality. Nonetheless, properly dancing to soca is highly effective for burning fat and keeping fit. I recommend soca aerobics and soca fitness activities on YouTube. Capitalism is driving the product push. I recommend only for personal exercise, but not for be coming a soca dance instructor.

Exercise classes with wining to dance hall and reggae music is the best. They've also added Dance classes on Thursdays so you can learn a bit of choreography. 100 times better than being on a treadmill.

Let's just say I wish I had discovered Socacize fitness sooner in life. I am quite fit and athletic and have tried every type of workout out there. But Socacize fitness is probably the most intense and fun class I have ever tried. I sweat more in one of Ayanna"s classes than I do in an hour on the soccer field - real talk! Not only is it an incredible sweat and workout but you're having fun the entire time and smiling throughout. If I could give them more stars I would. A must try!

High energy classes, great music, excellent instructors. I highly recommend Socasize, and I'm grateful they are offering virtual classes during the pandemic to keep people active and spirits up. Their virtual offerings bring that same energy and sense of community.

The BEST workout of my life! If you don't mind shaking your booty, gettin dutty, learning some dance moves and sweating your butt off while toning your ENTIRE body, SOCACIZE is the place for you. I'm so glad I was curious and found this place because from the receptionist to the friendly, enthusiastic instructors, it is the absolute BEST non-gym I've every been to. The ladies in the class are all tick as hell and toned. Yaaass!!! The place is super clean and super beautiful too.
