J	Julia Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM TERRY LAWRENCE. HE LIED TO US. One month ago we purchased a Certified Toyota Matrix from Terry. Shortly after we heard a noise and took it to a Toyota Dealership and they were appalled! The car has a huge rusty hole on the bottom - a child could fall threw!!! You can see the carpet of the car from the bottom! It should never have been certified. We went back to tell him this and he refused to return our funds saying he never gives money back once he's sold the car. He said take me to court! BEWARE AND BE WARNED!

We bought a 2011 Subaru Outback from them in October, with a 'warrantee' that turns out not to be worth the paper it's printed on. The buying experience itself was quite pleasant. The salesman was personable and seemed kind. We were assured it would need no work done to it. Last week our steering stopped working and it turned out the whole system needed to be replaced. Not only that, but the exhaust system is heavily leaking and while we've been able to get it temporarily sealed, it will need replacing in the spring... ball joints needing replacing, we had a problem with the brakes as well... We've now spend nearly 3 grand in repairs to get this thing road worthy on a car we have had for only a few months. We were not allowed to take the car to our own mechanic for inspection before we bought it, because they assured us they would have any and all repairs done before we picked it up. Do not buy from these people.

After noticing minor issues with the car, they told me they'd take care of it. For my second test drive all the issues were fixed. Terry Lawrence and his helper Bill made me have a piece of mind I'd be buying a quality used vehicle. Thanks again for a great car!

Terry was honest and wasn't pushy to sell you the car and He may have age in him but he is knowledgeable and very passionate for each individual vehicle he has on the lot.
