No one was there at the agreed meeting time, and when we called, they said someone already put a down payment on it. He showed up 30 minutes later to let us look around, then told us if we gave him cash today and didn't ask for certification, he'd sell us the car and give the other person something else. Even though the other person put $500 down to hold that car. Very unprofessional and sketchy dealership.

We bought a car last week and was assured nothing was wrong with it and would easily pass a safety. Our mechanic and a body shop took a look at it and it was so unfit to drive that it had no right being sold in the first place and it can not be fixed. Dealer refuses to offer a refund.

I liked Volkswagen jetta hybrid (white), went to the dealer’s office. I said I want to test drive the vehicle before paying but the man forced me to sign the contract and pay $1000. He never gave me time to think. Not a good customer service, lost my deposit. I suggest everyone to take your time, as these people are just seeking money, they don’t care about customers.

Unfortunately gave us a fraudulent safety from one of his mechanic "friends" after assuring us that the car was being sold as certified and in great condition other than a battery. When picking up the car, was slightly worried, as the salespersons mechanic had spray painted over the brake calipers and other parts we were told he would change. (Obviously did not.) Drove an hour from the dealership to our hometown to have the vehicle looked at by our family mechanic. Our mechanic found that the vehicle was in all around good condition, however, the control arms and front suspension was in dire need of attention, and the salesperson should not have let us drive the car home in this condition due to the safety concerns. Contacted dealership and was given the runaround, and was told to bring the car back to have his fraudulent mechanic fix the problem once more, after already assuring us that all problems were fixed initially. The vehicle was in no condition to drive an hour back to his subpar mechanic, so was unfortunately ripped off a few thousand dollars due to their negligence... would not recommend unless you need a super quick transaction with no details given to you regarding anything, including warranty.
