In 2015 I bought a bmw 3 series at Leons. I just traded the same car back to them for a very fair price. I’m happy with my 2020 Bmw now.

Did not end up buying a car here but when I went in for a test drive I was thoroughly impressed by Reza and his professionalism, transparency, honesty and helpfulness! Would recommend to anyone!

Bought my Acura tlx 2018 a few weeks ago and I absolutely love my new ride, amazing on gas!! Great sales representative Dave was super helpful and made the buying process so much easier.

They are literally fraud, I bought a toyota camry from them and it was having electrical problem and had a noise. I asked the seller will you fix this if i buy it the guy said yes. But when I went to pick up the car was dirty, the noise was there and the electric flickering of head lamp was there. I talked to the owner he said take it to your mecahine and he promised that he will pay for the cost of it. Once i checked it with my mechanic he told me its gonna cost around 600 for the engine noise and 120 for light flickering. The leons fine cars refused to pay. Never trust this people. They are just rip off. These 5 star ratings a most probably fake. AVOIDDDD THIS DEALER for the sake of your time and money.

I needed something better on gas so I had to trade my truck in, I was given a great deal on trade and on my new Toyota. I’m saving more on gas in the last three weeks that it covers my payment. Car dealers are usually annoying, it was quick and easy transaction.

quite disappointed with my overall experience at Leon’s Fine Cars. would have walked away if I didn’t like the car so much and if it wasn’t the one of the only ones in Ontario. They didn’t fix any of the major things wrong with the car which were written, agreed to and signed on the bill of sale before finalizing the purchase. Instead of providing customer satisfaction, the main salesman (Dave), hard to call him a salesman, simply offered to give me my down payment back rather than fix the issues and blamed it on aftermarket parts, completely changing his tone after I had signed and didn’t care. Besides the unprofessionalism of Dave, the finance guy, Mr. Raza, was quite good and answered all my questions and concerns. I would avoid this place and not suggest it to anyone, unless it’s your last choice.

A large inventory of premium used vehicles. I have to admit, they have some of the finest and cleanest vehicles in the GTA. However, not particularly the best customer service and experience. If you want to buy a car, you pay the price on the window, you sign the bill of sale, run your credit, buy the car, then you test drive it! No COVID 19 safety protocols in place and no discounts whatsoever.

Long Post: I bought a black Acura MDX 2016 recently from Leons and here is how they earned this 5 Star Rating. The MDX is a 7 seater and there were few good ones available post pandemic. Though the car was parked way inside, David (Sales Team) post our discussion offered to have it pulled out for a test drive which was a pleasant surprise. I am guessing, he figured I was serious. Drove the car around and AC didn’t work rest everything seemed good. Told David, if the AC can be fixed, I can take the car. I showed commitment by paying $1000. Got a call in a two days and I went to pick up the car for delivery. Raza (Finance & paperwork) processed everything in 20 minutes. The car was waiting cleaned and detailed ready to go. Once I headed home, the car acted up. - Driving at highway speed for the first time, the brakes seemed jerky, the wipers didn’t clean properly. Both of these were replaced by Leon’s workshop managed by Peter next day. - Refueled the car with regular fuel though premium is recommended and emission light comes on. The car now goes back and Leons works on resolving the problem which came back few times with a couple of days gap, though related parts were changed. Now Leons gave me the option of reviewing by Acura and had it fixed based on their analysis. They did also reimburse the analysis fee Acura charged. - The MDX did go back and forth a few time and overall timeframe extended beyond 1 month post purchase warranty. Leons and his team, kept supporting the issues till it was gone. Yes this took time, however who would you prefer as your dealer, someone who washes their hands off post sale, or one who works to resolve issues if they arise. The dealer may not know previous work and maintenance that the car has had, however they can stand with their customers to make sure issues are resolved. This is what gave Leon’s 5 stars. Leons will have more purchases from us as we have a Turo business that will need more cars for.
