★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at this facility is of the highest standard !! Areef and Dianna provide great service; friendly, efficeint and oblidging. The 24hr access, security cameras, entry codes and loading docks are always functional. Cleanliness is an obsession and appreciated.
As a long term and regular user I highly recommend this facility and commend Areef and Dianna for making a difference in providing a high valued experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look if u looking for u haul this is yor location.
I couldn't get a truck on all locations 1st April. I was worried but my gf moving.
Luckily I met DIANA I don't know how she did but she did find me a truck I have being to many u haul locations.
Some locations r poorly managed poor customer service.
This location stands out.
Diana is excellent customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many thanks to Dianna, she made it possible for me to get a truck when i needed it most. i went to three different locations and all said '' if you don't have a reservation we can't help you'' but Dianna called head office and made a truck available even though her records show that they were reserved. She's a people and business person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time renting a storage locker and with the help of Diana it was a breeze. This place is clean, password protected and has all the supplies you'll need (one stop shop) easy 24hr access tp your belongings with easy loading ramps. Definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ October 2018 was the month I decided to look for a storage unit. I walked into Safe storage Depot and the first person I seen was a lady by the name of Diana. I told her I was looking to store my belongings until my new place was ready. I started with one unit. And later noticed that I will be needing one more. The same day I met Diana the same day I moved in. The month of March 2019 was the month my new place was ready. Diana not only helped me find two storage units. She also helped me get a moving truck from Safe Storage Depot. I was having trouble with the rental. She was kind enough to stay 1 hour and a half extra after her shift. Long story short not only did she help me find a gentleman that would be able to helped me move my belongings from the big storage to the truck. This gentleman also helped me take and move my belongings to my new place. I still have a storage unit at Safe Storage Depot and always will. I feel confident in leaving my belongings stored in this storage. I can go at anytime and feel safe. This place is clean with air conditioner. Live cameras all over you feel safe. Let me not forget this Safe Storage Depot has an amazing respectful manager. I totally recommend this Safe Storage Depot to anyone who is looking for a clean safe environment. This Safe Storage depot is located on Wilson Ave. Next door to highway exit 401 and the Weston Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Dianna. She came in very early to meet me on the day of the rental (on a Saturday) but even before then, was willing to locate a truck for me and have it brought to her place, which was my preferred pick up location. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.
