The space I rented from Jiffy was like a clean house. The elevators are in proper working order and quick on arrival. There was no dust or filth. Anything I needed the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. If you're looking for a decent place to rent and care for your beautiful furniture...Do yourself and your furniture a favor...Store at Jiffy. Jiffy's competitors can't match them. I moved from one storage to Jiffy because the difference in quality and care was too obvious.

We have a great relations with the Jiffy manager Hamad & his staff, they will ensure all customers receive great service. So our customers have rented lockers here & we also get referred by Jiffy to their customers to move them In or out. We also recommend Jiffy to our customers often, if they're looking to rent a locker. Jiffy is also climate controlled & monitored by surveillance & alarm systems after hours. There are also units available to work out of. It is also conveniently located right beside the 400 & 401 & located on a major road Wilson Ave. Very friendly place!

The storage unites are indoors so moving my stuff in the winter was a much better experience then having to stay outside in the freezing cold. All in all I would recommend this business to anyone! 5 stars!!!!!! Great experience and I will definitely be using Jiffy again!
m	marta perboni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my storage at Jiffy since 2017, started with a small 4x10 locker and have gradually upgraded to a bigger 12x12 locker, the storage hallways and docking area is always clean, it feels secure and the customer service is from the cleaning lady to all the managers. Katherine is always so helpful with us. The location is great, price is fair and competitive and we plan to stay there for a long time!

Both have been amazing! The units are impeccably clean, access hours are convenient, the ability to get help after hours at any time is an extension of the really personal customer support you get. The office staff have always been accommodating & generous. Just before moving my items out, as one of continuous examples, I got seriously ill, & was unable to by the end of the month (the rental period). They easily, without a beat, offered me additional days at no cost, until I could get everything arranged and continued being supportive when I still ended up needing yet another day. But this is no exception. The management & staff have always been like this. No selling when inquiring, just info provided respectfully, extremely reasonable late fees, and superb if ever you’re facing some unforeseen emergency that affects your storage use in some way. I’d researched well before selecting Jiffy and renting, with a priority on finding storage with absolutely no pests & with excellent customer service. I got this and more. Thank you Jiffy for carefully protecting our family’s items all these years .
