I've been in the trades for 16 years and have been coming to ch tools for 4+. Specifically I'm a gc and mason, I do everything from taping and finishing to exterior brick and block work and I've got a lot of my tools from here. Ch tools is the only place I'll go to for sds+ and max bits, they manufacture and import their own brand that is on par with the best stuff you can get at home depot or Rona at basically half the cost. They also manufacture their own line of taping and concrete and brick tools that are on par with goldblatt at again half the cost. Anyway, it's wall to wall tools at great prices with new sales each week. If your nearby, check it out and if you like it up rate my review.

This is my go too store ..i've been going to Canadian hardware and tools for a couple of years now ,,am a licensed contractor and have been in the business for over 10 yrs now, and in all my years in construction i haven't seen theses kind of prices for such great quality products. Compare to home depot the prices are slashed in half ..the ABS fitting made from BOW a Canadian company is just pennies on the dollar, the pex fittings i buy them even if i don't need them because its so cheap and the quality is amazing..I recently went in and realized that 100 ft. half inch pex was being sold for about 20 dollars, its about 50 buck else where. I can go on and on about the store ....BTW the manager is helpful and respectable and is always willing to help where ever he can...

Visited Toronto location and sales person was non friendly at all. I do not finish item name, the answer is we do not have at stock. Asked for pole sander on Kijiji $7.99 he says $12. I marked difference in price - it's different item, but looks exactly the same to kijiji add. Disappointed. April 22 at 11:45 am.

Low prices doesn't always mean low quality. Chtools offers quality tools without the huge markup that we see in big box stores. I do renovations part-time. I have bought tools regularly from this store since 2007. Chtools is improving its tool lineup every year, and the quality shows in their own brand of tools. Check out their tools before buying brand names, you will be surprised at the low prices and high quality.

I was skeptical about how inexpensive some of their tools are but as a taper with 11 years experience I proud you recommend a lot of their tools to my other taper friends. I'm a hand tool guy so I can't speak about their machines but they all look like great quality as well. The prices are nuts (in a good way). I have never described my 6" taping knife as "sexy" until I got the one shown here hahaha. The owner is super friendly and helpful also! Check this place out!

Online stock is not accurate. Ordered a couple of times and always no stock a couple of days after placing order. At least they cancel order which is good. Very frustrating when ordering and not knowing if there is stock or not. For sure not good for ordering time sensitive products. I guess I'll try in-store to see it's any better.

They had a special Concrete Drill bit I was trying to find every were. Not only did he have one he was 200$ cheaper. 1.5 inch 36 inch long concrete bit is a hard to find I drove 2 hours to get it they guy is super nice but the store is kinda small and a little hard to move around. Great Prices!

*I dont normally leave reviews but this place has impressed me* A rare Gem I do concrete footing and iv been coming here for most of my tools for a cpl years now. It takes me over an hour to drive to this place but you can't beat it for the quality and prices! I can speak for their hammer drills, jack hammers, floats, levels, (wood, concrete and steel) saw blades. Ands that's just off the top of my head The manager even helped me repair a hammer drill for free when the triger switch stopped working. And taught me how to do it myself if it happens again. Very helpful Well worth the trip
