Jyoti knows my name, always treat me with respect, has a great personality honestly if I could rate higher than 5 stars I'd give her a 10/5! Keep up the good work, SmartStop give this woman a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jyoti was a very helpful worker. Although we had problems with a promotion that was unclear online, Jyoti was able to find us a solution and work with us to fix our issue. She was patient and very understanding of us. Would definitely recommend smart shop, more particularly 69 torbarrie road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With regards to Customer Service: Jyoti could use some friendly and professionalism while servicing the customers. I was in the process of updating my documents, and accidentally sent it to the wrong email address. Rather then waiting a moment for me to resend the email, she showed another customer a unit leaving me to wait for her to come back. I asked her if she could complete my transaction but was told that she didn't receive the email and left! I found it very rude and off putting... Who does that?!
Anyhow, the storage units and floors are kept clean and clear. Rental rates are very reasonable but they did advise me of a price increase in the next 6 months of $20 or discretion of upper management. We shall see how much it's increased to.
