Tuesdays Fine Dry Cleaners & Leather Cleaning

Looking for a company that cleans hats and caps in particular and found these folks. Not only did they do a great job but their customer service is something to behold and I wish other organisations' would take note. Not only did the owner call me out of the blue to ask how I liked their service but a few days later I got a "thank you" card for being a new customer WITH a coupon for 20% off my next dry cleaning service. I kind of wish they served booze because this is local pub / watering hole territory levels of customer service. Will definitely be back.

My Kitsilano dry cleaner for over a dozen years. My shirts come back white, on time and at good value Always. I appreciate the detail they take with every item !! ?

I had a 2 piece outfit cleaned a walking street jacket and matching short sleeve dress. When I picked up the item, no attempt was made to get a coffee stain out, but did one other one. Also a black spot at the bottom of the dress was not there when I brought it in. Very very disappointed and won't come back again ever.

I gave my Levis Jacket to clean at this place. The jacket was in good pristine condition except there was a foul odour emanating from the jacket, so I asked them to do a dry wash to remove the odour and they did assure me that it will be a dry wash. When I went to pick up the jacket, they let me know that they put the jacket through a washing machine. The staff wanted me to make the payment first even before I could inspect the jacket when picking it up. After making the payment, I noticed that the jacket is now ruined as the leather has come off the collar and stitches have come off in other parts of the jacket. Please refer the pics When I brought this up with the staff, The employee Sara argued that I have signed a release form, relieving the establishment from any damages that have occurred to my Jacket while cleaning and so there isn't much I can do. She anyways offered to keep the jacket for a day and assured me that the manager Lesa would look into it and call me the following day. Lisa did not call me the next day, so I went to the place again and picked it up. Basically I paid $50 at this place to have them trash my $200 Jacket. I would have liked to give them a 0 or negative rating, but have to settle for 1. Do not give your Leather Jackets for Cleaning here. I will never be going to this place again. Even in their response message, they do not take any responsibility for their actions. They are either argumentative at the customers or are defensive about their services.

I took my great grandmothers 75 year old dress here to be restored. It hadnt been properly stored over the years and had a lot of discoloring. Lesa worked some miracle magic on it and the dress looks nearly brand new again besides a few tears in the lace from before. She replaced a bunch of buttons and I can't get over how white and bright it is. I am very impressed and would 100% recommend bringing any delicate item here

I picked up my husband's wedding suit after getting it dry cleaned and it STINKS. I've never smelt anything after getting something dry cleaned. It has a sour chemical smell that made my entire room smell. Apparently the smell comes when the cleaners aren't purified and are re-used too many times or they've dried it too quickly. Gross. Will not ever go back here

My friend recommended this place to me so I trusted them to do a good job. However, they ruined my eight thousand dollar jacket. Cannot even wear anymore. I do not understand why they don’t do spot tests before they clean larger areas. So disappointed. I would give this place zero stars.

Disappointing cleaning service in the end. Lisa was very lovely to deal with and they pressed my wedding dress beautifully before the wedding but I paid $220 to have it cleaned after as I needed to wear the dress again for my wedding reception a few months later after covid restrictions lifted with my family and there were a number of stains left on the dress. However, it wasn't that the stains weren't removed that I was disappointed it was that when I picked it up and paid that no one mentioned it to me. Its a big dress so was hard to inspect in the shop so only noticed after I brought it home. To honest I trusted that as they said nothing it was 100% clean so I didn't look at the dress until a week before my next wedding so was to late to do anything about it then. I am just used to going to dry cleaners who let you know before you pay if they were successful with the stains and usually charging a discounted price if they couldn't get it all out.
