โ โ โ โ โ Totally agree with the last review. I hope you read my review before consider taking your clothing to this dry cleaner and don't be a victim. The worst dry cleaner in town. Don't take your stuffs to this place as it won't be a pleasant experience. I am a clothing store owner and I had been taking my merchandise to dry clean for the past six years without any problems until it was taken over by the present owner. The cleaning service was EXTREMELY POOR and a few of my clothing were ruined with color transfer. One of my Prada skirt that had some stains on it and I pointed the stains to the owner. When I picked up the skirt, the stains were still there and the skirt had some dark color transfer at the back which wasn't there when I bought it in. All the clothing and my Hermes scarf were poorly pressed or over pressed with press marks. I doubt if the present owner is a professional dry cleaner. She doesn't care on doing a good job, taking care of her customers' clothing. It's a waste of time and money to bring stuffs to this place to get clean and I will never go back.

โ โ โ โ โ I was going to a party and I really needed my shirt. I had to do an alteration and she opened up her business on a day-off and fixed my shirt for me. I am really happy with this place. This was the most respectful and easy going dry cleaning store I have ever been in.

โ โ โ โ โ Since the new owners took over, I am in the market for a new dry cleaner. My last visit was a few months ago when my a white jacket was returned with blue colour transfer (as a previous reviewer mentioned) and my husband's sweaters barely looked cleaned. Had been going here for 5 or so years before this with no problems, great staff, and good prices. Not anymore. Possibly, there have been improvements lately since I see I wasn't the only one to notice, but I just walked away, never to return.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the very good dry-cleaning! I love the way they removed the huge stains on my leather jacket. The owner is also nice, helpful and generous. She worked hard long time ago in this store. Then she took over the store. She has a lot of experience. I recommend that this is the best store to dry clean your clothes. Also, the price is very reasonable.

โ โ โ โ โ Best Place to get your clothes clean. The owner is really nice and she will be honest with everything. She has been cleaning my clothes for so long and I can trust them to clean my clothes at any time. I understand all the differences but the old owner was keeping the place dirty and now the new owner has cleaned it so much I was shocked because I did not remember it being as nice as this. I really recommend it and I Guarantee you, you will get a good response with your clothing with a cheap deal at an time weather the clothing is really dirty.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service was way below Canadian standards! On the last day of 2020, I took two feather pillows to this store for dry cleaning. After picking them up a few days later, I noticed the pillows hadn't been cleaned at all; the old smell was still there and the old wrinkles were untouched. when I confronted the female who had handled my business, she denied any errors and was erratic and rude. She offered cleaning "again" or a credit but I refused because I could not trust her when she was not taking any responsibility. I asked for refund. She accused me of story fabrication to gain some money! Now that I connect the dots from the very beginning; she, not presenting a fee, bargaining on the price, charging me upfront, insisting on cash and refusing to provide a receipt; and finally no cleaning, I see a fraudulent business there.

โ โ โ โ โ I have never had such bad service at a dry cleaners. The employee wanted to charge me $80 for a small repair on a skirt and pant alteration, wherein I had to bargain with her to reduce the price. When I received my clothing I couldn't believe it- the skirt zipper was not attached properly, nor was the line straight. The pant intake repair was a mess. The jeans were basically cut and then folded the two pieces together so when I wore the pants the belt area was sticking out. Of course I could not wear the clothing and she was reluctant to refund me the money.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst experience ever!! First she wanted to charge me 350 to clean my wedding gown and I told her it was too much so I offer her to pay her 140.00. When I went to pick up my dress she ask me for another 20 dollars cash because she said it was not enough and I take home the dress and find out that all the little details on my dress are falling apart because it was wash abruptly
Do not get your wedding gown washed here it will be distroyed.
