★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total ZERO - this is a terrible dry cleaners. I put my dry-clean only duvet in for cleaning and they totally destroyed it. Firstly, it wasn't done for the day they said it would be, and when I did go to get it, it was wet inside. Australian lamb wool - damp and clumped together. I believe they attempted to wash it in a washing machine. Only saving factor was that the lady gave me cash for the value of the duvet - but this certainly doesn't cover the annoyance or inconvenience of the whole situation.

I took a pair of white pants and a white top which I used at my casual wedding. Keep in mind it was not a wedding dress it was synthetic white pants and a white top that required no additional care other than being put through the dry cleaner. They took it without comment. I probably should have noticed that they did not put the price on the receipt they gave me. However, at the time it never occurred to me they would charge me more than dry cleaning a pair of synthetic pants and a top.
When they gave it back to me they wanted to charge me over $125 claiming that it was a "wedding dress" because I wore them to my wedding. It is a racket to charge someone for the occasion they are wearing the clothing instead of the actual article of clothing..
We have been loyal clients there for years but they just lost two clients.
