★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got hired through word-of-mouth and worked here for just over three weeks. I was told I would get a truck/fuel card as well as benefits and all kinds of other perks. Ended up getting nothing but fired because of the owners not liking that I stood my ground and didn’t tolerate being micromanaged.
Of all of the people that work within the trison establishment, it was only the two hourly employees that treated me with mutual respect.
Just know that the company is filled with family and that the family Comes before what is just and right. I disagree with mixing business and family as it has proven itself to be a recipe for disaster.
This evening the owner told me that it was just not working out with me and did not even get my side of any story.
So just a word of caution
After being issued my paycheque on July 31st (payday) not only for the wrong amount, the check bounced.
How has this so called “company” been in business for over 30 years? What the heck!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was contacted by one of the owners, I will share his story, He never received his payment. The guy named Bill is a scammer with a good person's face. Be careful if you want to waste your time this is the best company where you can do it. They only call you when the favorites cannot with the properties that have to be kept clean of snow. Do not work for these scammers. I tell you now, seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed, late with almost every cheque if at all. Many labor standards violations and ongoing complaints.
Anyone here try posting their experiences in glassdoor reviews. They seem to like posting obvious 5star fake reviews there to maintain some sort of professional appearance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Trison to do rough and final grade, as well as a retaining wall. The entire process was riddled with problems and poorly organized.
We got in touch with them in June 2017 for a quote, and the work was not fully complete until the next year, in June 2018. Work was rather slow and sporadic.
Meanwhile, we had a large pile of soil on the city street during winter, which our neighbours nor ourselves appreciated.
As for the retaining wall, it has not held up well. I am planning on having it re-built in its entirety, as it is leaning quite heavily to one side.
As the old adage goes, “You get what you pay for”.

I started working for them almost a month ago and felt so frustrated at what was happening and all the promises that were being made only to feel like I was being taken advantage of. I wish I was able to see these before starting with this company but understanding I'm not the only one this company has taken advantage of is really disturbing. I was promised a raise, a company vehicle as I was doing him favors with my own personal vehicle, I was promised compensation, and promised I'll be paid for the extra hours I continued to work over being salary and everything was a lie. Words cannot express how horrible this company is/treats people.
