★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduling is terrible, meetings confirmed and not shown up to. I had to manage every single part of the project to ensure the quality of installation. Don't hire this company unless you want your landscaping project to take quadruple the amount of time you expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This black man promises to pay his labourers 15$ an hour under the table. Watch out if you are planning to work for him. I am still owed money from him. He paid me straight cash course, but when I found a real job he stiffed me on my last 2 days. Then he made excuses that he needed my S.I.N so he could pay me. But his deal with our crew was straight cash. Lesson learned do not work for black people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi premium landscaping. I was very pleased with the work done for my final grading project. After struggling with my builder to get rough grade you guys showed me what it felt like to not be disregarded. You guys actually care about your clients. After my annoying phone calls you still would answer everytime with pleasure. You guided me every step of the way through the project, and explained things in great detail. Also the project took less than 1 week to finish I was very surprised considering my builder took 3months. Thank you for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes he is loud, yes he swears but he is very passionate about his job; that is they type of person you want doing your property cause he is focused on doing his best and nothing is left unless absolute perfection. Hard person to come by that pays this much attention to their work. Its as if each job is his last. I will recommend dennis and his crew to every job. Is a hands on owner who works with crew at each job. If i have another place that needs work i will call them again! Thank you for your very quick and quality work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This landscaping company - Dennis and his team - are an awesome group and completed our final grade and landscaping project at a high level of quality! Dennis is friendly, cooperative, communicative and also has quite the humor as well. Dennis' team worked very hard and were also friendly and cooperative and did their job very well. Dennis and Co. were able to collaborate with us successfully to bring our landscaping plan to reality. Final grade was done very well as well and in a timely manner and we were able to get the approval pretty fast from the city. The pricing was fair and best value compared to other quotes we got. Dennis also valued the input from everyone involved. Jamie also did great work with the fencing and skirting job. I highly recommend Premium Landscaping and Construction for any final grade and landscaping job. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second home I have contracted Dennis of PLC landscaping to do my final grade and landscaping in the last 2 years. Not only are his prices competitive but the quality of the work far exceeds the cost. On this recent home I also worked with the referred company CM construction for fence installation, both companies coordinated to get the job done right.
I have no issue with recomending them to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you hear them say “WE DO NOT DO FENCE OR DECKS ANYMORE”…
Guess why? .. Because they scammed 4 homes in Northeast Edmonton (Citadel).
The Fence they built was absolutely terrible. They put our posts more than 9’ apart, and after less than a year, the boards are already sagging. After confronting Dennis about the quality of work, it was found out that the job was hired out and because PLC doesn’t “DO” fence or decks anymore, he doesn’t feel like he needs to warranty the work.
As for our “deck”… they used scrap wood for 3 of our running boards and they are about 1.5” short of the length of the deck. They didn’t used joist hangers or joist hanger nails; the stairs are not attached to the deck properly (we were advise its even unsafe to used them); they are missing a deck pile; & our railing is way too short. A very reputable contractor advised us that our deck is unsalvageable and not even close to code.
We also had sod laid and we asked if we should do anything to prep the ground beforehand and we were told that they would take care of it. When I came home from work, the sod was laid over top of all the weeds which resulted in me having to lift every single piece of sod and remove the weeds.
We are just 1 of 4 families in the neighbourhood that were screwed over by premium landscaping and Jamie the Fence and Deck builder.
PLEASE spend your hard earned money with a MUCH more reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CROOKS! Landscaping portion of project was reasonably executed but not outstanding.
Subbed out for fencing and deck portion of the project.
In under 6 months we have bowing fence boards (not properly supported), Missing nails/screws, an unsecured deck about to fall off our house (not secured properly), a gate door that is sagging and no longer able to close properly (no reinforcement brace), cheap hardware that broke after the first 20km/hour wind gust.
Nothing was built to code.
When brought to Dennis’ attention his only solution was to bring back the clown who did all the damage in the first place. If I see them on my property again without a cheque in their hands to reimburse me I would call the police to report trespassing.
Save your hard earned money because I had to learn the lesson the hard way.
