Tip: Ask for the fries to be more crispy, much better in my opinion. The staff at this location are great as well. The guy at the window taking and giving out orders has been very kind and attentive, thanks bro!

Absolutely dusgusting. I will be moving my complaints higher up the ladder of command in hip3e
P	Phoenix Flash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday afternoon, I ordered an impossible Burger.... (which is supposed to be non-meat) To my utter horror I was instead given...not just a regular meat patty- but a RAW one. Now l I get it, things happen. It sucks tho being a vegetarian and unknowingly being served meat..... I understand messing up an order, it happens we're only human....but to mess up the order AND serve such an uncomfortably undercooked Burger......now thats two strikes & your out.
M	Madalayne Rockarts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time trying triple O’s and I ordered the original impossible burger with cheese combo via drive thru. It was a long wait for the drive thru being empty, and the order was expensive (likely because it’s an impossible burger). When I got my burger I saw it didn’t come with the cheese I paid for, I brought it back and they happily replaced it with one that had cheese (and threw in some extra chocolate chip cookies on the side). The fries were great; thick and salty. I like that they gave an ample amount of ketchup packets. The burger itself was good but LOADED with sauce (ketchup ans house sauce). Would have been way better if it had less sauce on it. It was dripping the entire time and the sauce was oozing out of it, I even squeezed the burger to wipe the extra sauce off and it was still too much, but otherwise a decent burger. I would rate higher but the amount of sauce on my burger was disappointing.
Z	Zach Keenan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, as excited as I was for my first time at a Triple O’s, I regret to inform it’s also my last time. My burger was covered in condiments from the moment I opened the burger and they used about half the head of lettuce. I’m not one to write reviews but for $17, I’ll never buy here again. Do yourself a favour and get wendys or McDonald’s for $5 less.
