β β β β β Horrible service, they don't make your mobile order so don't bother! I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes until they remember the mobile order. The workers here clearly didn't care at all.

β β β β β Ordered 3 Boston creams all put in individual bags not by my request and the bags were crumbled when handed to me all 3 donuts ended up in the garbage the icing stuck on the bag when tried pulling it off the donut would start tearing.

β β β β β I come in here every morning but im about to start paying extra at the starbucks nearby instead. If i ask for a double double they give me tea. If I ask for black with 2 sugars they give me way too much sugar. Sometimes the coffee tastes like incents. I ordered a sandwich before work, i waited fifteen minutes, when i asked for my order they said they didnt charge me for it (my bank statment says they did).

β β β β β Worst tim Hortons ever. Theyβve the worst staff. The orders are late , always delayed and always messed up. Bagels are burnt . Coffee is watery. Canβt do one thing right . I expect much better from my favourite brand. I genuinely love Timβs as a brand but this particular one is absolute worst

β β β β β I could write a book about how bad this Tim Hortons is. Entire generations of men and women have died in order for this abomination to be erected and displayed as a reminder of poor management. It deserves to be in a museum where they display the worst run businesses on the planet. When it's not packed full of homeless people sleeping (sleeping!) On tables, the floors and the bathroom like it's a shelter, it's packed full of people standing in line longer than Disney land in the summer because the staff that work there are some of the laziest and filthiest staff you will ever encounter. They wash the toilets then handle your food, no washing involved! They are with you when you complain, and they nearly never serve you exactly what you ordered. Frankly, I wouldn't eat here again for free. Save your money.

I usually buy take out here and everything is on point. I appreciate what the staff there is doing everyday. Thanks for making a mean BLT and yummy doughnuts ?

β β β β β Absolutely disgusting. About as clean as a DTES Tim Hortons. Needles sticking out of the disposal in the bathroom. Toilet flooded. Toilet paper everywhere. Terribly slow staff. Tables are dirty with garbage left on it or on the seats. What ever happened to basic cleanliness in an establishment (especially post pandemic)?

β β β β β This place has definitely improved. They have finally hired some people that keep things running smoothly. Conveniently located at Marine Gateway and a nice little place to kill time or get a quick drink. Food takes longer than the three minutes they usually quote.
