After discussing what we were looking for with Jairus, he told us he'd get back to us within a couple of days with more information. When I hadn't heard anything a day after he'd promised to get back to us, I emailed him, and he responded saying that they had been short staffed lately and that he would get me the information by the next day. It's now been almost 2 weeks since we went in there and we still have not ever received any information. We ended up just arranging our honeymoon on our own. I don't know if they're really so short staffed and so busy that they can't stay on top of their requests, but I would definitely avoid booking anything with this location if this is the kind of customer service they're offering.

It is worth going in and having a sit-down with him because his knowledge really shines through. He is no-nonsense, experienced and well traveled. He listened carefully to the needs of my family and made recommendations on who WE are. We chose a resort that we never previously considered and are really looking forward.
