★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim is an amazing Natural Path that takes the time to care about your health. Thanks to Kim I have solutions to my health concerns and feel so much better about me for the first time in years. Yes I still have ongoing issues, however having Kim as my Natural Path is the best step I have taken.

Years of seeing doctors and taking prescription medication for a serious digestive problem and within two weeks Kim was able to help me stabilize and help my body begin the healing process. Her secretary is always friendly and you're greeted with smiles every time you visit. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel bad about this rating but I often rely on these ratings to make the best decisions on where to go and this is my honest experience.
I contacted naturopath Kim because I found her on a website luminohealth.sunlife.ca where there are reviews on her and general information about her including the cost of an appointment (which said less than $105 a visit). I've never been to a naturopath before but after reading the good reviews I contacted her. Due to the pandemic, she was only taking appointments via Zoom, and the cost of the actual appointment was much higher than expected, at $180 (and no reduction even though it wasn't in person). In our Zoom call the call dropped for about 15 minutes, and Kim seemed quite rushed to wrap it up at 1 hour, despite the dropped call. I was disappointed because she didn't address that the call was shortened (at no ones fault) and I was trying to ask her more questions at the end but it felt very rushed and I just didn't get a great impression from that. I still paid the amount in full and she emailed saying I should have another appointment in a month. If she would have sent a follow-up email a month later to check in I might have booked a second appointment, but overall I just got the impression that I was just a quick payment. I'm hoping to find a naturopath where I get the feeling that they care. Unfortunately in my experience, this was not the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Kim completely transformed my health. I had sought help from numerous doctors and dietitians for years to cure extreme digestive issues. None of them took me seriously or had any clue how to help. My experience with Kim was the complete opposite. She shared so much wisdom about my condition, and persistently worked with me to find a solution. One year later, I feel better than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend Kim's practice, and have always enjoyed meeting with her in person or virtually in the COVID-19 era.
