She was so caring and attentive and even found a BETTER deal for my vacation than I was seeing online. Best experience with a travel agent that I ever had (she never tried to include anything that I did not want!). I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Definitely left with a big smile.
X	Xiomara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was part of a wedding group that traveled to Mexico. I was hesitant to work with a travel agency since it's a more antiquated way of arranging travel. We had a great deal though, way better than anything I could find elsewhere for a 5 star luxury resort. Since it was a huge group probably the options for schedules (early flight and long and tiring wait to get the room) were limited so that was my only discomfort. I would've wanted more detail about our trip but this may have also not been possible 6 months ahead when our trip was reserved with a big group. In the end, everything went smooth and my experience with this agency went well.

Looking for help for Toronto to Calgary flight, and travel rep flat out informed me I wouldn’t find a flight within my budget due to increased prices. Turns out I found one on my own. But overall experience was negative when dealing with one of the agents here.

Meaning as a flight agent you should no you’d have to charge my daughter coming back , I had booked everything and two days later she had phoned me stating air Canada will cancel my vacation because she is two years old and not a infant coming back to Canada . Ummmm I was confused cause I had told her then when I said to her I had told you already and she said she messed heard me wrong . So they said it’ll be five business days to get my refunded and I could repurchase again five business days had came and no refund . When I had reached out to her she had told me she wasn’t able to help me after being on hold with air Canada for hours they said she would have to call on her own since I booked threw her . So My daughters second birthday was ruined . And I still haven’t gotten a refund and it’s been since Jan 4 they had canceled my ticket . Once I said I will take her to court then she told me she reached out and they said it was going to take a whirl for my refund. I was trying to upload the pictures of how unprofessional she was it took me a while to start getting mean to her because she was ignoring me and taking long to reply as if I was begging her something when I paid 1,219 for my trip .
