Cheryl Gameson took on the task and made the process easy. She was very patient and took the time to care. She even checked on us once we returned home. I would go back in a heart beat, made our trip stress free.

She guided us, answered all our questions, picked only the best deals everything just went smoothly. I appreciate the help Hopefully the trip is just as good as the service lol!

We knew roughly where in Italy we wanted to go and she helped us to plan all the details (booking tours and train tickets, etc.). It was great to not have to worry about anything while we were gone because everything was handled for us and we could just enjoy our vacation. We especially loved our private tour guide that she suggested for us for a trip on the Amalfi Coast.

She emailed me destination options and I replied that those didn't work for us, after a week of no reply I emailed her back and she emailed back yes apologetic but also made me feel that I was an inconvenience and that she had other priorities to attend to. Awful feeling for a bride is who is planning her wedding. After that last email I thought ok we should still give her the benefit of the doubt..we still have not heard from her, it is unprofessional to even tell your client that you are short staff, or that you have to work 12-14hrs/day just to get to everyone and it is high season. When looking for an agent we should feel that we will not be an inconvenience to you and that you do have your focus on us. From the beginning the communication should have been I am sorry I am unable to take you on so that way I can look elsewhere to plan my wedding. I absolutely do not recommend planning your destination wedding with Elizabeth Lakic. A good judgment on picking your travel agent is communication. Which there was not any. I am very thankful I found another agent at Marlin Travel who has been nothing but professional and responsive, I think 3 business days should be a rule of thumb to reply to your clients.

Mark knows his stuff! He has traveled the world and has first hand experience with many places his clients will travel to. Having that experience makes him a great choice if you are planning a vacation in the future. He loves to research different places in the world to ensure you are going to see exactly what YOU want to have the best experience you can. Talk to Mark if you want help planning your next trip. She goes above and beyond to give you all the options there are, so you can make your trip exactly what you want. I've booked a couple all-inclusives there and I wasn't too sure what I was looking for, and Ashlie gave me about 10 choices of resort (different countries) with pros and cons of each which was amazing! She is awesome to work with and will try to get you exactly what you're looking for. I know I can always rely on them for the best service, and will only trust them to book my travel.
